Hoan My Hospital - Da Lat

Thank you so much for gastroenterologist from room 221! He is a perfect doctor and he helped us! We highly recommend the doctor and the clinic also.

My friend sprained her right ankle. I brought her here for XRay and examination. Waited for the doctor about 20 minutes because he was working on an emergency case. Costs about 500k for everything including the drugs to ease the pain. They also offer free ride from the parking to the emergency or just regular visit rooms.

I went to the emergency room & the English speaking staff, nurse, and security guard were all helpful and nice. The doctor came promptly to examine my injuries and give treatment. I recommend going here if you’re needing urgent care in Da Lat.

Also I have to give a shout-out to the staff who helped me via chat message on google maps. They replied to my messages quickly and helped me contact the emergency room. ❤

My wife had an ear ache from a cold. The visit cost was $8 for the consolation. The staff is professional and courteous. The local staff speaks English and explained to my wife her symptoms and treatment. We received medicine from the onsite pharmacy at very reasonable prices. We had to return something the next day to the pharmacy and they accepted the return.
We recommend visiting this hospital for any issues you might have.
The scooter parking to the entrance of the hospital is not that far as other reviews make it out to be. Parking for scooters is 3,000Dong. The grounds are also very beautiful and well maintained.

Nice private hospital, they also speak English. Not to wait for too long. Feel safe and clean, friendly staff and doctors. There are rooms for long term treatment, rooms are nice as hotel rooms and also clean. Parking lots for cars and motorbikes are also good. There are carts to tranfer patient and visitor from parking lots to their main hall. Wanted not to come but come here if needed. Recommended!

Give five star because this is the best health care place in this city. Took my mom here right in the first day of Lunar New Year, staff are friendly and very helpful, they checked on my mom every hour or so. The room is clean and quiet. The only down side I can think of is you have to walk quite a distance from the parking lot to the buildings.

Came here for a cut on my finger that went through the nerves. They stitched me up, have tetanus shot, and prescription - all took just under 30 mins.

I paid 550K (~$30) for all of it plus 50K ($2) for meds.

If you call the hotline, the person who'll answer will transfer you to an English speaking staff. The first time I went to the emergency room, no one spoke English but the second visit (taking out the stitches), there are staffs who speak English very well.

Highly recommended and satisfied with the service over all.

We could communicate in English via Google maps before going to the hospital. Once there, everything was well organised and the staff were helpful and many spoke some English.

I have the worst hospital anxiety and that’s only amplified when I’m abroad, but I had an infected scab from a bike accident and wanted to see a doctor about it. No hospital visit is pleasant but I was absolutely floored by how kind and helpful everyone at Hoan My was towards me. I walked in and showed a receptionist my issues through google translate, she personally walked me up to the registration and cashier, who then walked me to get my blood pressure taken, and then another nurse walked me to an English-speaking doctor, who was really helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He answered all of my questions in terms I could understand, and for that I am very grateful. A nurse then took me from the doctor’s office to the pharmacy, where they filled my prescriptions, and then the pharmacist took me to the emergency room to have my wound cleaned and dressed. I was in and out in less than an hour. Coming from a country where you need to wait multiple hours, if not days, to even see a doctor, this was such a relief. I paid a bit less than 700k (about 30USD) for everything, and was able to take a Grab to and from the hospital and Da Lat City. Obviously I hope you— whoever is reading this— never need to visit a hospital in Da Lat, but if you do, I can not recommend Hoan My enough.

I’ve been in a motorbike accident, having some bad scratches and on legs and arms, as well as infectious wound on thumb. In the hospital, everything was quite ok, one lady at the reception spoke some English, so I’ve written my pains on a piece of paper and she booked a doctor for me. We’ve paid for the doctor interview and waited for a doctor for maybe 5-10 minutes. Doctor prescribed antibiotics for me and sent me to emergency room where they cleaned my wounds and told me how to take care of them during the recovery phase. I’ve paid around 600k VND for the doctor, cleanup and one week’s load of antibiotics and disinfection. Everything was fast, polite and professional, only English is not very good. Environment and facilities were clean and fairly new.

Bệnh viện Hoàn Mỹ hay khu nghĩ dưỡng Hoàn Mỹ. Bệnh viện nằm trên đường khe sanh . Không gian thoáng mát , vệ sinh sạch sẽ, có xe đưa đón từ nhà gởi xe đến các khoa nội trú và khu vực khám bệnh . Đội ngũ nhân viên có tay nghề cao và có tâm với nghề . Khám chữa bệnh cẩn thận , chu đáo . Nhưng chi phí khá cao. Bệnh viện có giải quyết bảo hiểm y tế.

Bệnh viện đa khoa Hoàn Mỹ là một bệnh viện với kiến trúc kiểu hình cánh cung, hai tầng rất đẹp. Nếu nhìn bên ngoài khách có thể tưởng đây là một resort cao cấp, vì được kết hợp trồng cây xanh, xen lẫn các loại hoa đủ màu sắc rất đẹp. Nằm xen lẫn trong rừng thông nên cảm giác ở bệnh viện nhưng như đang ở một khu du lịch sinh thái. Về chất lượng thì đã được khách hàng tin tưởng qua nhiều năm, ngoài những ca bệnh viện không đủ máy móc thiết bị hỗ trợ thì không nói, còn lại chất lượng về chuyên môn cũng như về phục vụ bệnh nhân cực tốt. Từ nhân viên tạp vụ cho tới y tá và bác sĩ đều rất tận tâm, nhẹ nhàng lịch sự với bệnh nhân và người nhà. Phải nói là chất lượng dịch vụ ăn đứt bệnh viện đa khoa tỉnh. Nhà mình đã từng trải qua cả 2 bệnh viện nên biết rõ. Giá có mắc hơn chút nhưng không thành vấn đề. Điểm tốt nữa là nhà vệ sinh và các phòng bệnh rất sạch sẽ, nên mình lên đây chăm vợ mà vẫn ăn ngủ ngon lành. Bệnh viện nằm trên đồi cao nên rất yên tĩnh, rất thích hợp cho bệnh nhân sau khi điều trị nghỉ dưỡng kết hợp khám bệnh.

Mình đi Đà Lạt chơi mà bé 3 tháng bị viêm phổi nhập viện 1 tuần, cơ sở vật chất ok, nhân viên rất tuyệt vời và không gian rất thích. Ở viện như ở resort vậy. Chỉ có điều đồ ăn hơi bị ít rau, mình thèm ăn rau 🤣🤣🤣

Chất lượng dịch vụ tốt, y tá phục vụ chu đáo tận tình, bác sỹ thăm khám kịp thời. Bệnh nhân rất yên tâm và tin tưởng

Dịch vụ tốt, y tá bác sĩ hộ sinh và dịch vụ chăm sóc hậu sản rất tốt. Thoải mái hơn nhiều so với trên bệnh viện tỉnh. Không gian thoáng mát, không khí yên tĩnh, bác sĩ tận tâm, y tá tận tình. Lựa chọn số 1 khi đi sinh của mình.
