The place is surreal. Beautiful location, great food and amazing hospitality. FO Manager Eric was especially great as he ensured we were taken care of very well. We spent 3 days here and they were very well spent at this resort.

Friendly and helpful staff. (Very) Beautiful view and golf course. Nice decoration. Spacious room.
Yet limited choice of food and the location is not ideal for food delivery or going to town. Guess that is part of the location.

Truly love this place. I have been in the Alps of Europe in Switzerland and this reminds me so much of Switzerland. Service is excellent and the breakfast and food prepared by Executive Chef Quê Son was very good indeed. They serve both Western and Asian foods.As a Foreigner in Vietnam, I find Swiss - Belresort as one of my favorite places to stay in Da Lát.

Surounded by lush green hills and lakes, with a golf resort attached, Hospitality, client value and sheer customer focus see a new high here at the Swiss Belresort Da Lat. Mr. Nguyen Van Trong and his team have been amazing in keeping no stone unturned to make our stay here the most pleasant and convenient. The staff is highly efficient and friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile. A shout out to Mr. Eric Hieu for his assistance through out. If you are planning a trip to this part of the world you must make it a point to stay at the Swiss Belresort and enjoy this incredible hospitality. Kudos to the team

The second time i stayed here. The atmosphere was so fresh and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was also perfectly for my needs. I am so in love with the golf course. It was really fantastic with the beautiful fairways. I love it! I would definitely stay here again!

This place is magical! It is so peaceful with soft beds, a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool, golf, tennis, billiards, air conditioning, and fantastic views. The furnishings are exquisite and it is so quiet (unless the other guests are loud as the walls/door/windows are not soundproof). The shower has excellent water pressure. Breakfast has many options. The staff is very attentive, they are really helpful and friendly. We extended our stay by 3 nights we enjoyed this place so much. My favorite dish of the trip was from their restaurant (Singapore kung pao).

This was a nice resort. When I first booked I regretted it because looking deeper into the reviews, I realized it was 100% for golfers. However, the view was very nice, especially the small lake. The service was exceptional, and the food was good. Room service was also very good. The shuttle bus has very clear run times between the city center and the resort. You can also ask the driver to drop you off and pick you up on the way at Tuyen Lam lake instead; where you can spend the day on the main lake, on a boat, kayaking or SUP-ing.

Some cons: the mattresses in my room were worn and old, and should be replaced. The connecting door made it easy to hear the next room over, and sound carried over too much. However, I knew I booked the last remaining room in the hotel.

I have been to various countries and regions on my traveling and rarely written any review. However, Swiss-belresort has truly impressed me so much that I decide to write this review to share with others my experience there and to express my gratefulness to them for giving me such quality stay there. This review might seemingly provide abundant praises to them, but it is only to show how worthy the hotel is and how one should give them a chance to be amazed like me, and I am not paid for by the hotel to write this.

Scenery and material quality:
Upon my arrival there, I was greeted by what I could only describe a soul-capturing display of the vast garden and golf courses, with a magnificent range of mountain behind. The view provides a great sense of harmony between mother nature and human touches that signify her greatness. The hotel’s design is also immaculate that fits well into the scenery and would immediately gives you a cozy, luxurious feeling. The materials you find in the hallway, in the rooms, from the door to the bathroom kits and facility, are all of high quality that make you question their affordable price range. The thickness of the door and the sound deadening materials being used in the structure work wonder in isolating unwanted noises from entering your room. Wherever you venture to in the hotel, from the main dining room to the lobby, you will be amazed with the combination between the hotel’s classic design and the greatness of nature, and there are plenty of spots for you to take picture or just relax.

Staff quality:
Swiss-belresort has so many excellent qualities, but perhaps their brightest area lies in the staff and service. The staff of the hotel are always very professional and polite, and they will truly listen to your smallest request and try their best to fulfill it. From the kitchen staff to the receptionists as well as the maids and janitors who are responsible for the room service and hotel maintenance, they all give you a great sense of top-notched service and a level of caring that not many 5-star hotels can provide. If you have a chance like me to sit down with a manager, you will be amazed to learn of how much work and effort went into the training and service, it demonstrates their dedication and determination in providing you the best experience during your stay. For instance, the hotel staff are always willing to introduce you to the best restaurants in town or attractions, and their recommendations are not compromised by contracts or commission. More impressively, the service you receive does not stops there but also extend beyond as the hotel was extremely helpful in calling ahead and providing assistance, arrangements for my next destination in my cross-region traveling. Last but not least, the hotel is located a bit far away from downtown Dalat (about 24 km or half an hour of traveling), however, they have shuttle bus service around throughout the day that will happily accommodate you free of charge.

Food quality:
I am fortunate enough to have the chance to try out various restaurants and cuisines around the world, and I have to testify that their food quality is very decent. Breakfast buffet quickly became something I looked forward to as they have a wide range of options and their Vietnamese dishes can put many downtown restaurants to shame. Moreover, the hotel also has a cafeteria and a bar that provide a diverse menu. However, I would heavily recommend their coffee as it is simply wonderful, but be aware that it might be a bit strong for some.

In conclusion, I believe that everyone should strongly consider Swiss-belresort if they travel to the city of Da lat in Vietnam because it will give you a once in a lifetime experience. I cannot wait for my next time there.

Swiss-Bel Resort's guest house is built like a castle of Swiss architecture in the middle of the valley. The landscape is very poetic and very beautiful with the green grass of the 18-hole golf course and the hills. The room is designed in harmony with the balcony overlooking the green mountains / clouds. Staffs are very friendly and enthusiastic. Standard breakfast with many meals. Everyone should experience a 1-2 night stay. Recommended

The rooms are great and great food it wasn't so bad and I love the breakfast

Room is clean. Staff is nice. Hot water in bathroom is good. Great view toward the golf yard and mountain. But we can not enter the pine forest like in Terracotta resort

The best setting out of the city, views of the mountains are great. If you need to get away from it all the place to be.
The hotel supplies a free bus transfer to and from Da lat several times a day.

Ah where to start, there's a very weird yet relaxing vibe with this place nestled in the mountains with a spectacular golf course, the hotel was incredible, but yet very quiet almost have to look for the staff and the same at the golf club. But besides that in nature great food an incredible buffet breakfast. Indoor heated pool gym outdoor pool bikes I mean the works if you have the budget to go and play a round of golf and stay one night it's well worth it. Great service from the staff and a amazing room. Loved it

The resort's landscape is its most significant advantage. It's fantastic. The resort is 30 mins from downtown. Golf fees are not cheap but not extremely costly also. But... The tram fee somehow is separated and extra is required ..

It's the best hotel in our trip in Vietnam!! There is great view and also have a golf club. They provide us really nice service include car pick up us from airport to hotel, shuttle bus between hotel and Dalat city, staffs so nice and really helpful.
The bad things about this hotel are location that far from city; we waited for taxi more than 10 min., and shuttle bus has only 4 rounds a day as picture below. But I still recommend to rest here 😆😆

The place was gorgeously decorated and the service was excellent. The resort is surrounded by mountain and it gives an invigorating atmosphere in comparison to that in the city. However, since the resort is located in a mountainous area and we had to travel for a really long time to get to the resort, transporting is quite troublesome.
The overall experience was lovely and delightful.

Very beautiful hotel located at a very romantic location. One important note, you must have your own car or motobike while you stay in the hotel as it's about 15km from Dalat City Center.

The rooms are big, beds are also big and very comfort. There are three swimming pool, one of them is in-door 4 seasons pool. The swimming pools & facilities are also excellent!

The price tag is around $50/night including breakfast for two. In my opinion, it's also very good price that you cannot find very often for the hotels at this level (4 to 5 stars).

In conclusion, if you go for honeymoon or on/looking for a romantic trip, or a family trip with yr own cars... then this hotel maybe one of the best.

It' really beautiful and quiet resort to take a rest after 1 year of working hard. It reseves 5 star but before Tet has some services under maintaining such as indoor pool, hoping it reopens soon

Had a luxurious stay here, albeit by chance, when the hotel overbooked it's 4 star cousin, the SAM Tuyen Lam Resort, which is just down the road. We enjoyed taking in valley views of the manicured golf course & gardens each morning while we ate breakfast. My daughters took full advantage of the two available swimming pools. There was only one dining option available on-site but the menu is eclectic & all tastes are catered for.

I had a vacation in Swissbel and it totally was an amazing experience. Staff is very friendly. Checkin duration very quick. I highly recommend visitors should dine in Swissbel restaurant as the food is very delicious with affordable price. There are food from many countries, Western food and Korean food is very good. Especially, Vietnamese food is the most fantastic. You can enjoy food with wide range of cocktails and wine. Moreover, Swissbel even have the shortcut to Lien Khuong airport. I love this resort and definitely come back.
