Dalat Edensee Lake Resort & Spa

My stay at Edensee Resort was a delightful escape into nature's beauty. The mesmerizing scenery and top-notch service created a serene atmosphere, making it a memorable experience. However, the charm of the resort was slightly tempered by the aging appearance of my room, hinting at the need for a refreshing update to fully align with the overall excellence of Edensee

This place has such a nice spot in nature. This I totally loved. It was far from the loud city. The building itself was majestic too. But the service was something we were truly surprised about. For a 5 star place the crew is poor in many ways. As we arrived an hour before check in they just showed us where to wait and told us where we could serve ourselves some tea and cookies. Right. After nearly two hours of waiting we asked about our rooms and only then they let us know that they were waiting for our documents. Documents that no one has asked us or told us we should present at a certain time. Our rooms were under the lobby and this lobby had no carpet so our room had people walking above and the sounds of moving chairs all the time even over 12 am. We asked to change our room and they asked us to wait until the next day cause it was full. The next day they showed us another room and told us to wait 2 hours. 2 hours after they've asked us to wait another 2 hours. We ended up waiting 5 hours and a half for the room so we lost 5 and a half hours of our holiday waiting in the room for them to actually change us. So if you want a quiet place go there. But if you want good service you can forget about it.

Awesome place surround by lake and forest. Amazing place at Tuyen Lam Lake. Great for everyone. Good hotel operation. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. There are enough entertainment area in hotel. Da Lat city center transfer for guests. Western style design. My favorite place

Excellent place for a retreat. Located by a lake, it is a few kilometers from the city but the hotel provides comfortable free transfers. We booked a room for three which is spacious with comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay. We liked being beside the lake and in the countryside away from the city.

My friend and me stayed at Edensee Lake Resort for 2 nights on summer vacation. I was so impressed from the moment we arrived.
The staff were so welcoming and lovely.
The resort is pristine - the lake clean and beautiful. There are Afternoon Tea and Breakfast , Cano trip, ..3 were included in our package. Thoroughly relaxing.
We stayed in a Superior room - beautiful and the perfect for upgrading FOC to a large room.
I loved every moment of my vacation. It was the staff who helped make this a memorable experience.
We will never forget you all for the extra touches and genuineness you showed each and every day. The huge gardens are magnificent ( flowers, bird, Eco- farm..). Luckily, the weather is so so wonderful that it's sunshine on morning and fresh ... a little cold night.
We will return and recommend this to our friends and contacts.
Transportation was organised to Đà Lạt centre - a free hotel shuttle every day ( 3 times per day )

Thoroughly enjoyable.
So much to see and do.

Stayed 2 nights with my wife and 4 yrs daughter and 3 other families.
I booked the hotel directory by phone, ms. Hoa from Sales＆Marketing dep. helped me booking, sent me photos explaining details of rooms through sns. She answered every questions I asked, very patient, full of hospitarity.
finally, i asked her to book one room for my family and another one for my friends family, saying 〃give us te best room〃
When we got to the hotel, suprised she actually gave us super nice rooms.
compared to other 2 friends family, they booked their rooms by Agoda, our rooms were so much better and even she gave us afternoon tea service.
we loved the hotel.
if you go there, i recommend not to go out that much, stay at the hotel try to enjoy the view aroumd by taking a walk by the lake, there's Kayaking, canoeing, some other activities very enjoy able. breakfast is so nice, high quality.
we enjoyed a quite weekends in the wood.
Ms. Hoa told us they also have a hotel in Phan Thiet
I definetly would try there for the next travel and must call directory book through Ms. Hoa again！

Quiet space and great for families. We booked one of the deluxe room and it was spacious and clean. We have a 2yo so was great to have wide open space, an outdoor playground and there is also a play room too with scooters, a ball pit, billards table, table tennis table too. Buffet breakfast was ok had a variety of asian dishes and western. We kayak on the lake also. Spa was renovating when we were there. This is our 2nd time here and will book again in future. Need to hire a private car though as it is near the lake. There is a shuttle bus that goes into Dalat city though 3 times a day.

We have very nice villa with a few steps from Tuyên Lam lake. Nice welcome and fast check in. Very friendly staff. Good location. Breakfast was incredible and good selection. Very peaceful and tasteful. If you like a quiet place w early morning walk look no further....

We stayed in one of the Jasmine Garden Villas, Room 225. The room is large and elegant. We loved paintings inside the room, too. The toilet is big, too. Walking around the resort was also a wonderful experience, so peaceful and quiet, with random peacock sounds. The hotel offers great selection of delicious food at the breakfast buffet. We have enjoyed joining the staff in feeding the animals, walking the resort path, and took photos of the hotel surroundings. It's a pity we haven't tried some of the outdoor activities like kayaking, but will surely we will do it next time. The hotel is far from the city which is a plus, but they have free shuttle bus for those who wants to go. The staff are very helpful and very friendly. Overall, our stay was very memorable, romantic, and satisfying.

Guards at territory entrance though should remember their guests better - two times I was stopped and interrogated where am I going - not in friendly manner.

Breakfast has good variety, the views from hotel are splendid, the territory is nice and walkable.

Room itself is average, has all amenities, but not much attention to all details, e.g. there was no plug for kettle. Noise from the neighbour room was well heard.

Overall a nice stay and for all little bad sides - the hotel reception attitude made it first class experience!

I had a wonderful time at DaLat Edensee for four days and three nights. The atmosphere here is peaceful, and everything is very comfortable; I feel recharged after a while of burying myself in work. I will return with friends many more times in December because the staff here has been extremely supportive.

Staff are good, especially the guest relation officer who came with us for the animal feeding. She is super nice. All the staff were amazing. Quite peaceful resort 12 km away from the city center. Food was delicious and they had a wide variety. Beautiful nature surrounded by the lake and the forest.

This is my 3rd stay at Edensee and it will not be my last. The staff are very kind and treat my family like VIPs. The location is beautiful and serene and there are so many things to do. My family loves the heated pool, billiards, table tennis, ropes course, archery and kayaking. Also afternoon tea and feeding the deer and peacocks. No resort is perfect and here the tennis courts could use some maintenance and the restaurant is good enough but not great, for example the pizza dough is pre baked and frozen. I also suggested that restaurant bar offer craft beer, like East West or Heart of Darkness. I hope next time I come they will have it:) Thanks Edensee for another great family trip.

Everything is OK comparing to a 5 stars resort except energy off for around 1 hour due to an unexpected error as reported from call center and that problem lead me to rate this resort 3*. However I think that kind of problem is very rare to happen.

As I mentioned above, the only thing I would complain is energy off problem, in my second time visiting this place, it doesn't happen again, plus other services are great like:
- Staff are helpful and super friendly, they always willing to support customer, they build a good atmosphere wherever we go.
- Good food in breakfast.
- There is a heater in bedroom and another in bathroom which make us feel warmly in the cold season of Dalat city.
- We went there with our 8 months baby, the staff give us their best support as they can so we have an enjoyable time.

Those reason make me change my mind, I'm going to change my rate from 3 stars to 5 stars.

It's always feel great when I visit here. Peaceful and calming atmosphere is what I have always expected, yet I have more than just that. The service is great, the facility is at 5* level and the team serve with heart and diligence.

The only thing that needs improvement is the technology part. The staying will be much more enjoyable with the new tech (smart and fast TV with Netflix, smart lighting, video game center, renewable garden style, etc.)

First of all, I would like to mention that Dalat town is one of the most beautiful places in Vietnam! You really need to experience it.
Dalat Edensee Lake Resort is a perfect place for relaxing. Rooms are located in small villas so that you feel like you are absolutely alone among the nature. Our room was with a spectacular lake view. It seems that you are somewhere in european mountains. I can write a lot about beauty of nature around the hotel but it's better to see it with your own yeas.
Unfortunately, it was raining all the time in Dalat. However everything in the hotel is provided for this occasion: a hot and big bath; several fireplaces; warm bathrobes and a bottle of local vine ))) There is also a big indoor swimming pool with a panoramic view.

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful.
There is a free transfer to the town centre and back.
On the territory of the hotel there are a lot of activities such as the archery, small zoo, fishing, etc.
There is one thing which I dislike. Room service works until only 10pm.

Our family love this resort. Lake view is so beautiful and romantic. The staff are nice and hospitality. The room are clean, pretty , and convenient. We love the Ginger honey for comfortable night.

Very nice resort, lake view, quite, so cool in summer. Clean room, so great view from room to lake, especially in early morning. Good food, far away from central, it take 30min to go to to central, but very easy to go by shutter bus. A good place for a lrivate relax, quite, writing, reading. Good for honey moon.
