Westlake Ace Hardware has always been my goto for household items. Prices may not always match my budget but Ive never been let down on items. The employees are always helpful and courteous. I will say that the pos system does not work correctly with gpay. It looks like the transaction is going through but then says payment denied. That is my only complaint and does not qualify the loss of a star. Keep up the good work!!!

My people! I often get asked several times when i'm in the store if I need help, they usually have everything I need. I much prefer going here if i can, as opposed to the big box stores. It's so much faster to get in and out and they often carry the specialized things I need. Most of the people are generally more knowledgeable than you'll find at the big box stores as well.

Came here to get a 2nd key made for my 2008 Dodge, these guys are capable of cutting and programming the transponder (chipped) keys and typically have most keys in stock. Extremely happy with how it went, they are laid back, very knowledgeable and did a great job....definitely recommend them for this type of work and/or everything else you may need from a general parts store!

I easily find what I need and ALL of your employees have given me great advice on lawn seeding which had me afraid to attempt to grow grass! Because of Mike I now have a wonderful stand growing. Thanks to him and all the rest, male and female, I've had great help for each need!

Super helpful staff. I've been there twice while in the last week. Both times I was greeted by an employee who was eager to help me find what I was looking for.

I work here currently and the way they treat the employees is wonderful. Before i worked here my father and i used to come in all the time and everyone was always in a great mood and ready to help. Now that i do work there we are always radioing in where people need help and if we dont know how to answer someones question or what theyre looking for someone calls over the radio and we have someone else come help that has more knoledge about what their question or project is.
