Kelsey is amazing. They did not have what I wanted in store. She ordered it for me online and even made sure it shipped to a store more convenient for me. EXCELLENT customer service. Not the greatest JCP but she more than makes up for it.

I went to the salon, like usual, they did a great job on my hair. I got a full foil and a trim. You wouldn't automatically think...' Jc Penneys is where I want to get my hair done' and they aren't really cheap, but you get what you pay for. (The prices aren't too expensive either though) im including a picture of my full foil highlights and trim, the hair is still kind of damp, so the bottom looks darker than it should, but I asked for noticeable all-over highlights without being TOO ostentatious (I'm not into the skunk stripe look) and she got beautiful Carmel highlights all through like I wanted, my hair also looked much shinier and healthier than when I went in. I will go there again, and you should too.

In spite of all the problems the company has been having, this is a solid clothing store. It seems like they have increased their "clearance" price racks quite a bit. Unfortunately, they still don't have my size.

They had some great sales today. Their store was neat and organized and their associates were very friendly and helpful.

They have Lee cargo work pants and they are awesome and at a low price. Most comfortable pair of pants I own. They have a flex material.

I ordered a few items online and had it shipped to the store for free. It was easy to pick up. Customer service was great!

Very helpful shopping for lingerie for my wife they actually found a store clerk that was about the size to help me pick an outfit

JC Penney's is located at Magnolia and 9th Street at Central Mall. They have a wonderful and helpful staff easy to get what you need!
