Safeway

Safeway is Safeway. Buy the groceries and go home. But not a bad Safeway, pretty busy, gets lots of traffic. They usually have what we need on the shelf. It's a pretty basic store, a decent amount of vegetarian options, good produce, and a bakery that is always busy. All the employees are usually nice, the store is clean and rarely cluttered. Bathroom is clean.

I do delivery shopping here sometimes and Rodney at the front is the best. His energy is contagious and he always makes me smile, which is probably the best quality in a front of house worker. I leave feeling happier than when I walk in. Five stars for the whole store because of this guy!

Was there around 6 pm and didn't have to wait in a long checkout line, I was surprised and was very happy with how fast I was able to get the few things I needed and leave in a short amount of time.

Nice selection. The meat and seafood clerk Leo is the kindest, chillest person ever! Very helpful! Overall the employees are kind!

Security is on point as soon as you walk in the store to give you a real secure feeling. Aisles are clean and shelves are stocked and organized. Easy to get around. Different items than the other stores hence my 5 stars. Customer service they had is also another reason. Staff on the floor and the cashiers work with a smile and let you know how you can save money. I was very impressed with this store.

Love the store location and Walgreens. Than shop other places like Popeyes.

Standard Safeway, clean and nice staff. The only weird thing that threw me off was that the water is in a separate aisle as all the other beverages! But no complaints.

I mostly use Safeway for the pharmacy, been going for years , these ladies are exceptional
They get slammed, people calling in, doctor's office calling in, in store customers and they just dig in their heels and knock it outta the park... I'm doubtful I'd even shop here cept the pharmacy crew makes it work for me....

Always very busy. Owned by same company as Von's, that i have seen in California. Also owned by same company as Dominick's in Chicago.

This Safeway is convenient to me, so I go here quite often. They do a good job keeping the items in stock which I have noticed has been difficult for a lot of stores these days. I have had good customer service and, overall a hassle-free shopping experience.

Excellent food selection - fruit and vegetables, local foods, national and international foods, well-stocked and product selection of name brands and not so well known brands is good to see. Staff - friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Checking out with a cashier is quick and re-assuring. Yes there is the option to use DIY self-checkouts. The layout of the store is easy to navigate. As compact in size as the store is, it makes good use of every aisle and promotion area. Clean, busy, the clientele are eclectic - from all walks of life and it feels very much like a go-to, favourite neighborhood grocery store.

Store has a small town feel and the employee I dealt with in the uscan was amazing, he actually helped me download their app and showed me how to use it so I could get and use their digital coupons. He had given me the best customer service experience since moving here, by far.
The only bad thing about this store is that they don't have a very good product selection

This is our main neighborhood Safeway store and we love shopping here. Whether its a quick trip or a monthly grocery run they always have good deals and friendly helpful workers. This trip we stopped by to exchange a carton of half & half because I grabbed the wrong one, get a couple snack items and pick up my mother-in-laws prescriptions. It was VERY busy. But it was Friday around 5p so it was to be expected. I was able to just go back and swap out the half & halfs, grab the snacks we wanted and when I got back up front, the lady who said I could go back and exchange the told me the line I was in was closing so she would help me in the u-scan section. The line for that was almost halfway down the aisle that its in front of and there were only 3 of the 4 registers working. But she skipped me ahead of all that and rang me up herself at her register. It had to have saved me at least 10 minutes. Very, very happy with this trip. Thank you Safeway!

Crew is awesome, and the rest is similar to the West Seattle.

I honestly cannot understand the negative reviews for this Safeway. I've visited the store several times within the past few days as it is very near my hotel, and I've been able to find everything from the specific medicine and toiletries I was looking for to good quality organic fruits and vegetables--at excellent prices, even! Plus the staff have only been very warm, kind, and helpful. This is a great store.

I absolutely love this store the environment is nice the prices are fairly decent everything looks fresh and clean

This is one of the best grocery stores to visit right before you go to a movie so you can sneak candy into the theater.

Great location, easy access and parking. Best thing I like about Safeway, is their Club Card and Just for U instant savings. I instantly save between 25-50% on my total grocery purchases at checkout.
