I recently went in to Supplement World to purchase a product for my son and the clerk was so very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Supplement World.

I love this location so much! Their service is exceptional . Always so nice , so informative . The second you walk in they jump up and try to help you find what you’re looking for . Always giving out free samples of stuff (not that it’s expected but it’s always a nice touch) best place to go

I've been using Supplement World since I had surgery to help me with protein powder and protein bars, the staff are friendly and helpful. It's my supplement store of choice, good prices, great quality, awesome service, what more can you ask for? I Highly recommend them.

I've driven by many times but today I finally stopped in. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with a gentleman eager to help. He was knowledgeable on the product I purchased as well as others I had questions on. I left feeling good about my selection and will definitely be back.

Sometimes these places are intimating to me as a person who is not extremely fit or young. The gentleman working the counter was so polite and very helpful. I felt very comfortable and welcome even though I don’t look like any of the people on the packaging. Ha! I will definitely be back. Great customer service!

Been shopping here for nearly two years now. Absolutely will not go anywhere else, even now that I live in a different state! I am able to call and order with their help! They are always super helpful and don't shove products at you that you don't need. The products give me the results I was promised and if they don't the staff always has a recommendation of what to use for my regimen that will work. Also they pay attention to feedback and cycle out products that people are liking so that they always have the best stock.

I am very impressed with the customer service I was given. Alex knowledge of products and what I was looking for was amazing to deal with. The weight computer is a great way to track yourself and see your progress if you are trying to loss weight or trying to tone up. With the information that I have now I am able to get the best products and help that I need for my life style change. I am a customer for life.

I have enjoyed my experience so far with Supplement World. Everyone that I have encountered has been so helpful and nice to me. They all seem to really like their jobs and want to talk about the stuff they know. I am also a part of the weight loss competition and I do not feel judged going into to be weighed which is a an amazing feeling. I appreciate they staff at the West store.

Excellent customer service. I always leave with free samples and good products. The staff is very personal and makes me feel appreciated. They make deals that are in my interest and don't try to up sell me on things I don't need.

The employees are so knowledgeable and friendly. I was looking for a specific flavor protein powder which they were out of stock. The staff member immediately called another location and found what I was looking for. I call that going above and beyond! Highly recommend!

I went into the store looking for a meal replacement shake because I skip meals due to my busy schedule. This has demolished my metabolism. The guy helped me find a meal replacement shake that’s ideal for what I’m wanting to accomplish and explained the differences in shakes/proteins. I also got the slim down kit to help boost my metabolism in which I ended up getting the shakes for free! The guy listed out my game plan of how to use the shakes and the kit on a daily schedule and told me to come in if I have any issues. Awesome customer service!! He made me feel comfortable enough to ask silly questions and gave me informative responses. Didn’t up sell me either!! Awesome store. Awesome peeps.

Supplement World is a great athlete supplies shop. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted by the gentlemen running the establishment. He helped me find what I was looking for and items that paired well with my goals. Even the other customers were eager to assist me and give their opinions on the vast amount of products available. Their rewards program is ideal if you intend to be a regular shopper, and the points do not expire! I plan to shop at Supplement World many more times in the future. Gains!

The store was clean and stocked. The associate was friendly, informative and very helpful. The printer wasn't connected to their BMI scale but that wasn't a big deal. Will definitely shop there again.
