Abby was so awesome when I was there Sunday getting my new phone-she goes out and beyond to help every customer that comes into the store and takes the extra time to answer all your questions no matter what they are-this girl needs a awesome raise for all she does for this company-she is the very best!!!!

Broke my phone yesterday. Abby (the manager) opened promptly at noon. Superior customer service. Abby recognized I was budget conscience, and had me a new phone ready in no time. Very informative, no pressure, no up selling. Highly recommended!

This is the best MetroPCS store that I've been to. All their employees make sure you get what you need. When I got a new phone at the maple and west location the lady there put the wrong screen protector on my phone that cause it to shatter when it got dropped. The lady at the central and ridge location made sure I got the correct screen protector. Great people working here at central and ridge.

The best metro pcs store in Wichita. Me and my wife both purchased phones recently at the central and Ridge location the employees there are the best in town. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for new service and or a new phone 😊😁😉
