Alvadore Gas & Store

I pass by other local markets to patronize Alvadore Market. A great combination of mini mart and local grocery. Best of all, the owners and employees are awesome

I was biking towards Veneta and really needed something to eat. In this area, there's nothing but farmland for miles, so I was very grateful to find this store. HOORAY for Ben and Jerry's ice cream -- it was just what I needed (and very fresh and tasty, too). The owner was very kind and pleasant to.

NOTE: Any negative comments for the alvadore market are from when the previous owners ran the place. I agee, that guy was bad. However this store has new owners. And the current owner runs a respectable establishment. Lots of items you may not expect to see in a mini mart. And very friendly staff. 👍

First off, Raj was dope as hell and got us everything we needed. There was a cute dog outside. Nothing fancy but we would have ran out of gas without it. We got some lit snacks and a drink. Gas was satisfactory.

Great Prices for the convenience in the middle of nowhere! Store was clean, products were good.

They are always helpful here . They stay open till 12 and having gas is a huge plus for me !

Very friendly staff, always helpful and usually have what I'm looking for.

This is just a little "convenience" store, selling the usual suspects. They also have gas and propane, which is helpful out here in the country. I don't eat any of the food items they sell, as I am a healthy eater, but I do appreciate the friendliness of the owner and all the staff. It also seems they are trying to expand what they offer, including a bit of locally grown fresh produce. It's nice having a little store and PO out here in the boondocks. LOL.

The only gas this side of the lake. A little of everything you might find here. I would like to add the place looks better than the photos the reader board with the hours is outdated

Store owners are very kind but this business itself is horrible. They won't stop selling extremely expired items that can make people sick, they take apart packages that specifically say "not for individual sale" and sell them at the price it costs to get a full package at a regular store. Not to mention the gas (which is regular) is so expensive I actually save money when I buy premium gas in town. An absolute rip off location, they put all their money into making the store look nice, and then rip off locals. They also hire inadequate workers who charge your EBT card for BEER! OR the cashier will forget to scan something and then the next time you come in it's your fault?

I give it negative stars if that was an option. Do not give this place your money. They are always finding new ways to rip you off. Always check dates on food items. Tried to buy a frozen pizza once and it was 3 years out dated. Almost everything is outdated. Watch when they ring up your items and double check your receipt. They will ring up item twice. This is there favorite thing to do. I have experienced them even stopping the gas pump before i got what i got what i payed for.
