E-Cigs Plus is my favorite vape shop hands down! The staff is super nice and friendly. They are the most patient and helpful people I have ever met in a Vape store! I will definitely continue to do business here.

I went in yesterday and Bryce was super helpful and informative. The customer service was so nice. He helped me and several other people at the same time and we were all super happy with it. I got the coolest device I have ever had and it didn't break the bank. I love this store!

Absolutely amazing costumer service. Super friendly. Missed my call cause he was busy with another costumer but immediately called me had in ‘‘twas my first impression and he has won a forever costumer.

In house juice is killer as well and his honesty about their products is admirable. He’ll take care of you, especially if you’re new to vaping like I am.

The staff here was amazing! I am brand new to the vaping thing and the staff was very knowledgeable and set me up with a good beginner system. I was nervous to go in since I had zero experience with this world, but there was no judgement, just facts and a kind approach and that really put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends.

As of 02/23, this is one of the very few "vape stores" still open for business in town (as opposed to the headshops, of which there are more). The vaping kit selection isn't that extensive, but again, at least they are still in business.... Also, they are very helpful and accommodating, and provide their own selection of e-juice.

Love this place, all the employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and the house juice is of high quality.

My adult daughter wanted to get started vaping, so I took her to E-Cigs Plus because it was highly rated online, as well as being close to our home. The young man working the counter was very patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything to us and even went as far as setting up the vape she bought so she could start using it right away.
Consequently, my wife and I decided to see what this vaping thing was all about and went in to buy vape units for ourselves. Same wonderful experience by the same young man.
I highly recommend this store if you are looking for vape supplies. A+ all the way!

This is an amazing vape shop! No matter who's working you will always get outstanding customer service. You will always get a very detailed answer for any question you have as well as great guidance for anyone new to vaping. They have reasonable prices and good weekly specials. This is the store to go to.

Friendly and patient staff, great selection, and top-notch customer service. I was having difficulty with a device I purchased there, and every time I came in they have been more than happy to help me get the most of my purchase. Highly recommended!

They are very friendly very knowledgeable and they have a lot of different things to get in all the mods seem like they're really good. And their juice is always made perfect.

The staff at this establishment go above and beyond in making you feel welcomed and they treat you like a priority. They seem extremely passionate about getting people away from tobacco products, and they are doing an excellent job. Every time I enter I am greeted with a smile and compassion, my specific taste is important to them, and they have helped me build several flavors that I can't seem to get enough of. I have been both relieved, and excited, to find an ecig shop that is more than just a business, it is a passion beyond the hobby aspect, unlike the vibe I get from other places around town. I would highly suggest their flavors, expert advice, and occasionally when time permits, genuinely unique and intelligent conversation. If I could give this place more stars I would.

We came in for our first time and she gave us a discount and an awesome tank and even told us how to work it. She told us about her CBD products and they looked amazing. Great store overall. Excellent Service!!

My girlfriend and I have been coming here every week for about a year now and have never had any bad service. They helped find the best products for me since I was switching from cigarettes to e-cigs and they were very informative and professional, yet kind and friendly. We usually come in when Bryce is working and he always shows that he cares about his customers. Honestly the best e-cig shop in Wichita, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Laura and Bryce were amazing! My friend needed a new mod and tank and they spent over an hour explaining everything from juices to tanks, coils, settings, and specific mods. I’ve been vaping for years and never met more knowledgeable people about their products. Best experience I’ve had in a vape store!
