Dollar General

Some things I buy here for a better price than say Walmart or Dillon’s. And if you get a five dollar coupon on your receipt you can go back that upcoming Saturday and get $5 off your total purchase price of $25 or more. Every week the register spits out a five dollar coupon if you shop before the upcoming Saturday. So, you need a rug or two or sweatshirt or stock up on TP and detergent or whatever. If total is at least $25 you get five dollars off with said coupon. You’re welcome! : )

I like their app online so I can make a list and find out if it is in stock so I do not waste a trip.

This dollar general is great. If you have a couple hours to stand in line and listen to life stories from the cashier while you hold all of your items because there is never a cart. Or if you would like to learn how to bumrush the door as you stuff your shirt with items youve stolen. Its an amazing place that really embodies the south side.

I shop at dollar General from time to time. Especially when they have coupons that other establishments do not offer. That makes all the difference to my family. They are close and convenient. They do not however carry the same size bags of cat food, which is a bummer for me because it is the same price as the bags at Walmart. Maybe they will change that soon.

Tim is the highlight of this DG location. Friendly, helpful, and greets all customers when they walk in the door. For a DG, it's relatively well organized. Nice place with good prices. I will pass up more convenient stores to shop here just for the customer service.

I am ♿ so when I went into the store, I could get up and down the aisles without having to move tall (to me) rolling pallets of cat litter or bags of dog food. I didn't have to fight my way for the things I wanted, without carts out of the way. It was totally a good trip for me. My mom helps me get out so I get to go shopping maybe 4 or 5 times a month. I care about dirty floors, clogged aisles and dirty bathrooms. Because I have through no fualt of my own, been confined to a wheelchair for the rest of my life and the views from here have left a lot to be desired. You should hire me to check out how the manager deals with the handicapped. Well the day I was there it was clean and the cashiers were friendly.

Love their customer service they are well aware of every customer that enters the store. They can help you find what you are looking for and can also save you time looking for something they don't have by telling you the item is sold out or they no longer carry the item

Dollar General is a clean nice well organized store. The employees are super sweet. I drive from the North side of town just to shop there. Good service, and good people.

The remodel looks awesome and they added more coolers and cold food. I love that they carry more items, no need to go to the big chain stores anymore.

On the whole, Dollar General stores are more known for low prices, not great quality or customer service. Tim, however, changes all of that. I will go out of my way to visit this DG location because of Tim's positive attitude and customer service. He greets every customer through the door in a genuine fashion (not a forced, corporately mandated, generic greeting.) He remembers his customers, not just their regular purchases but things about their lives. Visiting DG when Tim is working is like visiting a small-town store where everyone knows everyone - quite an accomplishment in a city the size of Wichita.

I've been going to the GD on k-15 and Pawnee the store is always packed full of everything and the gentleman that works there during the day is super nice and is always helping out customers

There's a gentleman that works there that I truly truly adore his customer service skills I enjoy coming here is shopping for the things that I cannot find

The employees are friendly and helpful and it's a good place to go when you need something quick

They have completely redone the store from the way it's laid out (which is a large improvement from the way it was) to even the products they stock.

Love the staff here. Well most of them anyways. Easy to get in and out of for short shopping trips.

Cashier and Stocker start I was working there that day did an excellent job will help me get what I need as in a hurry got in and got out I recommend this for the five star rating
