Great prices , but I must add that the best customer service I got was from a young red hair , I believe her name is Olivia. It is not easy to get any customer service in Hialeah now a days, , but this young lady always got a smile( yes I can tell even with a mask on ,lol) and her tone of voice is patient and friendly....don't know how she does it with all the rude customers in the area but she is great , this is why I give this place 5 stars.

This Ross is pretty well kept. I find that it's selection may be a tad smaller than that of the Ross on 103rd street, but this one is way easier to sort through since the other one is soooo disorganized. I don't blame the employees, however. The people that go to that one are the worst, just grabbing things and leaving them on the floor instead of putting it back on the racks where they found them. An army couldn't keep up with all those rude customers. I find that that tends to be the case most of the time, but the employees at this Ross are able to keep up pretty well, hence why I frequent this store. Great clothing and great prices!

I love Ross excellent prices and good quality clothes. I visit all the Ross by my neighborhood Miramar, Miami Lakes, Hialeah Gardens & my favorite in Miracle Miles Coral Gables. I love it at Ross.
