The assistance I received from the young man in the tools department was nothing short of exemplary. Not only did he provide expert guidance, but he also went above and beyond. His kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism were truly commendable.

Similarly, the cashier who checked me out left a lasting impression with her exceptional professionalism and courtesy. In an era where such qualities seem increasingly rare, she stood out as a shining example of excellence in customer service.

Overall, my experience at Lowe's was nothing short of outstanding. I’m really happy with the service this place provides, today 1/19 I went there to pick up my order and the experience was outstanding.
The way they work , how team players they are and always with a smile. The lady in the front desk , the skinny guy in the pick up area and the guy with the forklift I don’t remember the names but Thank you!

I had an incredible experience at Lowe's a few days ago! The atmosphere was inviting because the organization and signs to make easy found anything; the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The associate Niurka took the time to really listen to what I wanted and gave me the perfect advice. I’ll definitely be recommending Hialeah's Lowe's store to all my friends and family.

The other day I went to this store and I was looking for some orchids and Niurka attended me, excellent customer service and very friendly. She gave me advice on how to maintain that type of flower. I felt very comfortable since sometimes you ask questions in stores

I purchased a portable AC online because my central unit is in disrepair. To my surprise I was informed by the customer service desk the unit I ordered was a special order and not available in store. I asked if they could cancel the order and let me get one off floor. A supervisor assisted my niece in finding an acceptable unit in store because I'm visually comprised and disabled. Here's where it gets weird the service desk was unable to process because I paid with a gift card sent to me from corporate for costly flooring installed in my condo on the beach. Trying to process the transaction caused the customer service rep so much stress that she had a complete meltdown. It took several managers and supervisors to intervene and it was decided to just wait for the order which I could have easily sent to my home to start with. I thank Ishmael and team as I do believe they tried their best even marking down a fan to hold me over. I'm a big fan of the CEO but their operational systems need to be more customer friendly and the management team needs more autonomy to take care customers. If the other box actually served my part of the beach I honestly wouldn't shop here.

I love Lowe’s! I always find what I’m looking for. The other day Niurka helped me and she was so kind and helpful. I’ll definitely ask for her next time I go.

Excellent customer service experience. I was greeted when i walked in the store and i had no problem finding someone to help me locate the spray paint i was looking for. The system showed that they only had one left in stock but she kept looking until she found it. I was also helped by another employee that stopped what he was doing and spent a good amount of time showing me different options and ideas to help me complete my project. 👍🏻👍🏻

I thought I placed a curbside order and sent my brother (who’s disabled and can’t carry a little giant ladder) to pick it up. I called the store to make sure everything was ready and found out I screwed up. . Thanks to Debbie, she followed up and tried to change it, but the system would t let her switch it to curbside. I explained the issue and she followed up within 2 min and made sure my order was ready; I placed the ladder into my brother's car and was happy when I received my little giant ladder. I appreciate service folks who go out of their way to make it easy. Thank you, Dan

Lowes 1650 W 37th St, Hialeah. Came in today to purchase tile for my bathroom. Christ from Pro-Services took the time to help me even though this was not his department that he works in. He was not able to find the items that i was looking for inside the store and instead of saying sorry i cant help you any further, he took the time to search online other store inventory. Thanks to his great professionalism and excellent customer service 👏 👍 I was able to find the another store where the tiles were located.
For this reason I am giving Lowes Hialeah W 37th St, location a 5 🌟

We stopped by to purchase a glass sliding door. The lady who helped us was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
