I love this Jcpenny, and has never had a problem until I tried to return three pair of jeans that I had removed the tags, but I had each tag, and the receipts. I lady at the customer service desk. She is a long time employee, and she has always helped me with returns, and exchanges, but on Friday I was so disappointed with her, because she said to me that she wasn't able to accept the jeans, because of the tag not attached, and that the factory would not take them, I was horrified.
I then took the jeans to the Jcpenny in aventura, and the cashier in customer service was a young black female, and she was so professional, and polite, she didn't question me about the tags, she grab her device, and began to scann each item, and scanned the receipts, and politely said."Your refund will go back on your card." I was very happy with her, and her demeanor, and I thanked her twice. All the cashiers in hialeah are spanish, so I felt asthough since I am black that she didn't wanted to take the time, and do what the black cashier had done for me. I was told that Jcpenny has a sixty day policy for returns,and exchange. I had several receipts, and the tag from each item, and she still declined to take them. I might not return ever to the hialeah store.

We did my maternity pictures here ! We got Amanda & she was amazing !!’ She was so patient with us and showed us each time she took a picture . She was such a good amazing vibe !!!! She let my family take candid pictures and even helped them get the best ones ! Not to mention she was Very patient when my mom asked her a million questions . I definitely Recommend her if you want amazing pictures and the best customer service around !!!

My favorite store for years,,they have everything we need and always satisfied our expectations, also they have excellent service and return policy.

My oldest 38 years old I been shopping from JCPenney since then and still is especially when my kids were small and they use to send me there thick catalog book the clothes and Christmas book my kids use to have a field day in the Christmas book I didn’t have to go in stores back then it was all there I hated when they stop sending the books but now I shop online that’s even better I love my JCPenney and another thing my grandma always shopped here as well for me as I was a kid so that tells you they been around for a long long time

I had a hair cut with Agnes, in JCPenney West Towne Mall, she was gentle and attentive to my request, very kind person and an excellent professional.

Today I went in here to find some cute Christmas outfits for my girls. I usually never shop here but all the other stores have run out of Christmas outfits so I went here. Went to the cash register and the lady upstairs with dark short hair (Assoc:0734) was extremely nice and helpful.. seemed like she actually cared about customers and isn’t fake nice like many other people who work in retail at hialeah. She made it worth it to get on here and write this review

My favorite store. Love their clothes

I recently visit JC penny in Hialeah with my mother and sister, we were impress with the treatment that Blanca Alfaro gave my mother. She helped my mom to look for the shoes she wanted. She was smiling, friendly, treated my mom with dignity and respect. We felt like going back the next day, she was amazing. Thank you!

Diana in the jewelry department was very very helpful and had a lots of patients and very kind to me and my friend. She's the type of person that make you come back for more and more things with that positive attitude.

I was very surprised. Not having bought anything at Penny's in years. I did enjoy shopping 🛍 there. Store was full and the workers were very friendly. They got what I wanted right aways. Would shop there again

My experience at the Hair Salon has been beyond wonderful thanks to a sweet lady named Luz Elena. She always treats her clients with utmost respect. Needless to say, when she styles me,my hair always looks GORGEOUS. Best hairdresser ever!Outstanding customer service. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

Went to photograph my grandson. The staff is great with kids. She took her time to get good pictures. Great customer service. Will be back again for sure.

I visited the Online Store and Found very Good Quality Purses. A family member worked there when young and is very independent and well Dressed. Even graduated from a Good University.

Editing my review- was really disappointed with the service before because no one was answering the phones after hours of calling, but then I met julia a cashier who was an absolute pleasure to get helped by, as well as Adriano (?, I believe? Sorry if I got your name wrong!) who spent a long time on the phone to another jcpennys making sure some plates were reserved for me. Y’all saved my experience thank you!

Here it is I was just a JCPenney shopping yesterday and my tracking and pick it up JCPenney had a great sale I went to the clearance rack and it feels right and whatever else I found a few things for my grandchildren my son my goddaughter suraiya and your other things I love JC Penney I love a critical life is good with credit card sometimes take a little time and enjoy life don't let life enjoy you you would get old before you know it enjoy it and you'll always Young I'm gorgeous once again it's a trucker tracking you down
