Yesterday I picked up my new E-Scooter at the Hialeah Best Buy.
Since I don't have a car, they let me assemble it and charge the battery at the store.
They were really accommodating with me.
I am truly grateful to the employees and management.
I am also especially grateful to the universe, since I am a stroke survivor, and this was my first time riding anything like this to my hotel in Miami Springs...

They are samsung certified. My samsung laptop was not working properly. They ate very knowledgeable and had a diagnostic in a few hours

I bought a Bluetooth dongle for my car stereo. Works excellent! Sinks with my phone and it lets me use the phone's mic. Great little thing. It has a battery too. So no cables... It lasts a long time. Really happy

So there is a little bias in the reviews I write for electronic stores especially for Best Buy. It's my favorite place to do shopping for all things fun. But.... This location has hands down the coolest, knowledgeable staff of all the locations I've visited in several states. The location is well maintained and clean. The open box sections are well marked for easy and great finds and the displays are well put together. The staff is mostly composed of younger staff but it doesn't mean they do not know what they're talking about. Five stars only because I couldn't give six!

Was shopping for a new PC for the family and have been online and other stores to compare, but the attention and knowledge of the employee (Nicholas) that helped us at Best Buy is what pushed us to buy a decent Lenovo AIO computer for everyday use at a good price as well as a printer. Great customer service comes along way in a city that lacks it (Hialeah). Will definitely go back again.
