CVS

This store was full of pleasant surprises. It was super clean and the staff was fantastic. It's not very often you go to a store where the employees go above and beyond with their helpfulness and friendliness. Very impressed with the whole experience.

This CVS is extremely short staffed and lately they do not answer the phone. I sat on hold for 45 minutes, hung up and called back to ask to speak with store manager and she told me "we are so short staffed they quit answering the phones. You'll have zero luck if you keep calling" other than that the staff is friendly and helpful. Please keep in mind to be nice to those who decided to show up to work. CVS as a cooperation needs to treat their employees better so they can retain staff. Shame on CVS cooperation but don't take it out on the staff who is trying

The pharmacy staff has always been very friendly and helpful in the location. Because of my insurance, I am requested to get most of my prescriptions through mail-order. When one of my prescriptions was long delayed in the mail, the pharmacist at CVS was super helpful in helping me figure out a way to get what I needed. The drive thru is convenient for my husband’s meds, and the staff is nice.

The CVS pharmacy at 1315 w 23rd Street before it combined with the other CVS store from 23rd & Lee's Summit Rd was spectacular in filling prescriptions in a timely fashion now they are always behind, but most of the staff I interact with are great.

The store has always been more customer friendly than any of the others. We tried the one on the corner of Lee's summit and 23rd. That would be the East 23rd Street store and it was terrible way overcrowded. People are so overworked, they're angry. Especially one of the older women who works the window at the drive-in. I think she needs a vacation. It's for that reason that we went back to the West 23rd CVS location and from what I hear now CVS is thinking of closing that one down. From what I understand it's because they want to get these giant health hubs now instead of the old customer friendly drugstore where you can pick up prescriptions with a smile. Does CVS closest this location down you're losing one of the best locations ever for customer service. Kudos to the entire staff who works there. I hope you're not next on The chopping block....

Ive always had wonderful service there. Any time I might inquire about a certain medicine they dont carry per say or have stocked on the shelf the pharmacist are always super willing to check and see if it can be ordered. Ive never had bad service there ever.

Cvs was super good. I am so thrilled to walk in here. Everyone is super excited to help you. I remember walking in and seeing everything you would see. Then remember really looking at those deals you get. I'm serious like $10 almost everytime if you spend $25 so that's $15. What a deal. And every time I use skin products. They do try my skin out.

Wow !!! This is the first pharmacy I have found that they care about the customer service and and the person themselves!! And will help anyway they can!! Loved love this pharmacy staff! The store inside is also good

I arrived 15 minutes before I went to the vaccination box and I had my appointment they filled out the card for me and I prepare the utensils and I did not know when I was vaccinated hahahaha super great I highly recommend them , The girl who vaccinated me has super delicate angel hands 🙌

This is my favorite CVS. The staff are all friendly, and the store is always clean and stocked. The pharmacy staff are my favorite. Everyone is always smiling and helpful which is so appreciated!

The pharmacist and his staff are nothing short of awesome. They go above and beyond to help. Sometimes the wait may be a bit long, but it's worth it for the customer service.

One of the best pharmacies I've been to. The staff is knowledgeable, and friendly not only in the pharmacy, but throughout the store as well. And, the pharmacy is faster than most.

I drive past another pharmacy before I get to 1315 West 23rd street. I love this store. The employees are friendly and are very helpful.
