Publix Super Market at Grandover Village

I had to grab a few items before work today. As I approached the register Micah G. greeted me with a smile and advised me that he could assist me. He was very pleasant and bagged my groceries correctly. Kudos Micah for being an example of exceptional customer service! The store itself was clean and fully stocked. Great selections and all associates look happy and ready to assist the customers. This is officially my new grocery store.

There were 2 girls making our subs and unfortunately I misplaced one name she said she had only been there less than 30 days or maybe 90 and she was awesome. Please go get you a Publix sub you will not be let down 🩵🩵 Thank you Katelyn also for a great sub and service Keyona was her name

The customer service on the floor is outstanding. Their deli and bakery are delicious and provide a decent variety. I don't go very often, but I love the experience each time I go.

I Love Publix! The store is so clean and organized. There is always an employee willing to help you. Produce is always fresh. The food from the Deli is amazing. Publix will always be my go to.

The fried chicken was amazing. Store associates were very pleasant and helpful my family and I will be back. No photos, we ate it, ok bye.

Well this is the second time that my wife and myself went to that store is so clean and the service is fantastic they helped us to get everything that we needed every time very friendly

I’d never been to a Publix before. I just moved here from East TX to the Greensboro area and have tried numerous grocery stores in the area. One thing that really stood out above the other stores I’ve been to is the friendly employees and wonderful customer service. Other things I appreciated about this store was a good selection in health food and affordable pricing on those items (clean nut butters and jams, paleo options including Nutpod, zevia, lunch meats) very clean shopping environment, wide aisles (I always have several children with me so spacious shopping is always nice) , kids carts for shared shopping - my 2 yr old loved pushing her cart alongside with me, a nice dining area to eat it at both inside and outside, immaculate restrooms. I love the produce and deli area - huge salad and soup bar and plenty of other foods to choose from for a cleanish lunch. If I had to go off of attitude and atmosphere alone I would shop here. A friendly face and positive attitude goes such a long way. Great store and look forward to coming back here again.

Nice and clean I don't shop here I don't even live here but we stopped by for lunch they have a dining area so that's nice the salad bar is kind of small but it worked for me

Crazy expensive but it's great for hard to find things. Wonderful customer service! You get what you pay for! I wouldn't NOT go there.

I like going here for their fresh sliced deli meat and cheeses. They make excellent subs too, and if you haven't tried their hot meals like the spicy chicken wings, you're missing out. I also like to get my fresh baked bread from there.

First couple of times in here ... everything is always so wonderful .

Coming to this store was the best experience ever. Every employee I meet was super helpful as they should be in every grocery store. This will be my #1 place to come to from now on and I stay in Reidsville but the drive will be worth it.

Publix constantly surprises me with the amount of stuff they have available to customers that you don't know about. Their catering department was wonderful to work with.

Great store, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Best bread in town and the sandwiches from the deli are delicious. They have a good selection fresh prepared meals ready to cook, my favorite grocery store

While Publix is higher priced, one thing that I have observed about the Grandover Village store is that every time I go there, I see managers walking the floor, and they routinely speak to me and ask me if they can help me find anything. Good luck getting that same treatment at Walmart or Food Lion !!! The employees are helpful, clean cut, and friendly, and they always have amply staffed checkout registers, and they don't force customers to use self-checkout. The deli counter is great!!

I have had to use this location's catering service several times lately. The last event was a family birthday and I told my husband how many of each type of platter I was thinking about getting. He suggested I speak with the two ladies that work in the catering department, so I dropped by the store, told them how many people I was expecting and how many of each type of platter I was planning to buy. I was going to get 3 pizza roll trays, they said I really only needed one. I was going to get 2 large croissant sandwich trays and they thought one would be plenty. To my amazement, this past Saturday, there were 4 pizza rolls left on the tray and about 8 croissant sandwiches remaining. Those two ladies are great at what they do and THE FOOD IS SO DELICIOUS!!!!!
