Rite Aid

I've been consistently impressed by Rite Aid's pharmacy. They tend to fill prescriptions quickly, more so than other pharmacies I've used. It's easy to request refills online, and they send a text notification when meds are ready. I like that I don't need to call. The hours are also better than many other pharmacies.

Most of all, I appreciate the staff. My previous pharmacy gave me issues that likely related to my identity. I've never had any issues whatsoever with Rite Aid. The staff there are consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with the stress that I had when I went to my previous pharmacy.

This Rite Aid has an ecxellent team, and are quick to get my prescriptions filled. They have helped me get the best options and really make their customers feel cared for.

My husband and I ran into Rite Aid to grab one item really quickly on Saturday night after having dinner in the same shopping center, and when we went to check out, we were greeted by the lovely Kathleen. I have to say, I have been in this Rite Aid numerous times before and have never been prompted to write a review because frankly those occasions were just not that memorable… until I met her.

Most people today seem like they hate to go to work and despise their jobs. But not Kathleen. She greeted us with a huge smile on her face and proceeded to chat with us while she was ringing up our purchases and was happy and engaging and positively delightful. She even assisted us with getting our free N95 masks that the government is distributing at various locations right now. And I left there laughing and feeling more upbeat than I was before I entered the store, all because of my interaction with this one person. And it wasn’t because of anything profound that she said. It was just her positive attitude and demeanor that I just don’t see very often anymore. And it was very much appreciated.

So Management, if you see this review, please know that the Kathleen who was working the front counter on the evening of 2/12 is an absolute gem of a person, and you should definitely commend her for the positive experience that I am sure that she extends to all of your customers on a daily basis. And Kathleen, if you ever see this review, you keep doing you, girl. Because you are perfect just the way you are.

I’ve always had a positive experience at this Rite Aid. Always a “hello how are you” when walking in. The pharmacists and the woman that works the register are very friendly. She asks how my wife is doing, she treats me like family. Many times there is only 2 pharmacists working and they get VERY busy. At times I’ve had to wait a couple minutes but nothing like the ‘Kroger’ pharmacy in Tualatin. I’ve spent an hour there, easily, there and there usually is 3-4 pharmacists working. This Rite Aid is on top of it. Oh, a reminder for folks, more often than not it’s YOUR DOCTOR that is slow in communicating and the reason for the wait. This pharmacy is ..all good all the time.

The reason I go to this pharmacy even though it’s out of my way is because they are on top of things and they do their best. I see the negative reviews but I’ve seen much seen much worse in other pharmacies. They do go out of their way so give them a chance. They are nice people and work hard.

This is such a wonderful drug store. All of the pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable and can answer any and all questions that I have which always makes me feel way more comfortable about all of the medications that I have to take. Also, the store is always stocked with all of the extra stuff that I need (make-up, lotion, hair stuff, snacks). I never mind going to Rite Aid and most times I enjoy it!

When my regular pharmacy stopped carrying my brand of medication & I couldn't find it anywhere else, the pharmacy tech at this location was so accommodating & kind! They even held the medication for me until I could bring my Rx over. Super friendly, dedicated & professional staff! Definitely switching to this pharmacy now.

Best Pharmacy on the Planet! I never thought you could love a Rite Aid- but turns out you can. Crazy clean and super friendly staff! Come for the drugs, stay huge curated selection of candy bars under the counter that draw your kids in like moths to a flame.

This Rite Aid is easy to shop and allows you to get in and out without issue. Kathleen was so delightful and made my quick stop after work lovely.

Every employee in the pharmacy has been incredible in helping me find discounts, making sure I'm aware of the medications I am taking and any side effects, and I am just plain thrilled with this pharmacy. You don't have to wait for hours and hours, just to find out that the medication you need is not in stock. I can't recommend them more highly. Brian, among the others, has been a lifesaver in his customer service skills. I will never go anywhere else..... won't mention other pharmacies, but I'm sure we know who they are! Thank you Rite Aid!

Manager Chuck and Brian, my favorite pharmacists along with the staff at this Rite Aid pharmacy location, are the best, hands down, of any other pharmacy, period. These guys know their stuff and they are totally on the ball. Friendly, efficient and caring service keeps me a lifelong and very satisfied customer! Thanks guys!

This is a 5 star store but the national marketing scheme of "buy one get one and/or second at 50% off is useless in most cases because you usually do not need 2 of a drugstore item that lasts beyond the expire date!

The pharmacy has repeatedly gone out of its way to be helpful and navigate the mess of prescription discounts and scheduling vacations.

Even my doctor is relieved that I use this one and not the one on the other side of the lake. They’re fast, and friendly. Plus they’re willing to do anything possible, find any loophole to their availability to help.

Store front was courteous, pharmacy was quick and professional i was able to get my Flu shot as a walk-in and it took 5 minutes

I love this place! The people are the friendliest retail staff I've ever met and always give me a warm welcome and caring helpfulness.

The employees at this pharmacy bend over backwards to make things easier for me and I appreciate them!
