Nice clean store, with excellent inventory. Great pharmacy too!

they have pretty much everything. yeah, lately they’ve been out of stock or have less of some things. but they still have loads of stuff, wide variety too. customer service is good too. most things here are mid range for price, but then again they are better quality. also their bakery section is 10/10. 5 stars

Usually clean and not too crowded. Sometimes stock seems to run a little low at this store, but it is a smaller footprint for a Safeway so I don't think that is too surprising.

I Shop there often. Always busy which IMO means the supermarket is well regarded. I lost a receipt that I need for reimbursement. I called and they were able to look into their system, find my receipt and reprint it. If they weren't able to I mist likely would have lost about $50. Greatly appreciated...

Cool wonderful store. Enjoy such abundance of choices. Always fresh flowers sales. Fresh fruits ready to go! Even can use shopping on line & special coupons. So cool as ever!

Great customer and very friendly

Clean store!! The employees sanitize the carts, so you don't have to, but you can sanitize them as well...they provide the solution (never runs out). Great deals on soda and meats weekly!! Love their gorgeous flowers and they are always fresh and taken good care of. The cashier's are friendly and efficient. If there's a sale going on and you don't know about it...they hook you up!!

Safeway may give the impression of being a higher price grocery store, but my recent trips there show that it's not true. Just do your due diligence and download their app. Watch their weekly sales and clip their digital coupons. I have gone in there and literally cut my bill in half by 40 to 50% off the original bill just by clipping the coupons . Their quality is always excellent. If you shop correctly , you can save a whole lot money than going to a super Walmart. I. I am a fan.

Absolutely love safeway.. I prefer going to Safeway over other grocery stores .. all the associates are friendly and nice , welcome you coming in and out .. the store is always clean and well organized ..

Safeway may be a bit more expensive if something isn't on "sale", BUT... if something IS on sale, usually it is a GREAT BUY!!

The store is always clean and the employees are usually very nice and competent!

The "rewards" system is another reason to shop there. You earn fuel credits and that can REALLY make a difference when filling up your car with gas or diesel. You can also use your "rewards" for selected grocery items, if you don't need fuel.

These area just nice bonuses. Things HAVE changed since the covid-19 situation. Safeway no longer gives "rain checks" if they run out of a sale item, before the sale is over. That's kinda sad. Hopefully the "rain checks" will eventually come back!

It's a good store!

We are new here and ran into an issue on a Sunday at the Safeway pharmacy in Pendleton so we called Karl in the Hermiston Safeway store pharmacy what a awesome guy life saver he was so on top of it and such a caring human we need more people like him THANK YOU KARL WE ARE TRANSFERRING ALL OUR PRESCRIPTIONS THERE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY Again thank you so so much

The store was packed with hundreds of hoarders stripping the shelves bare. I felt uncomfortable being around hundreds of people so I could buy just a couple items. Store personnel were doing a great job keeping up. Hope this virus insanity is over soon. I think the media is to blame for the panic!

Safeway has a good variety of products. May cost more than other competitors, but the quality and atmosphere make up for that. Also if one utilizes the Club prices and the Just4U app, as well as other coupons and deals the prices are still good.

Been shopping here 30 years. Safeway has never let me down. Shop here vs Walmart, you'll thank me later

Absolutely love the produce and meat departments. Just wish it was a bigger store! Then they could have even more variety and check out stands. Not enough check out stands.

I always have a good experience at Safeway. Always nice, clean, and things ate usually in the same place. I don't care to have to hunt for things. I like to know where they are and want them to be there the next time I go.

Friendly checkers, quality products, and a clean environment. What more could you ask for?

And just like any other store they have there’s certain things that the others don’t have so of course this is another place that I do like they have good food I just don’t prefer to buy the meat there very often cause it’s cheaper at winco

I personally Safeway over Walmart, they don't charge for bags if you use an EBT card. They might be a little more expensive than a Walmart but they carry very good fresh meats

Everyone was very friendly. I found everything I needed and what I enjoyed about my shopping experience was I got check out quickly and when I got done putting my groceries in the back of my car the young lady gathering the shopping carts she came to my car and got my cart so I could take care of my Grandson .
