Store has moved and new space is larger, brighter, cleaner - but as with all of Shockoe Bottom, finding parking can be a trick (locals probably walk and bike ride). Staff pleasant.

This location is amazing. It is small, but the owner has got her ducks in a row. Her system of only letting a few patrons in at a time and moving up the circles until it is time to check out, was very easy and efficient. Plus, all the staff were most pleasant to deal with. Cheers!

One of the nicer stores in the State! Staff extremely friendly while I was there! I talked with a lady Melissa (the manager) and was extremely knowledgeable about bourbons! Most stores I visit only tell you what they have heard. She actually explained the notes that were in the bourbons i was inquiring about! They have a very good bourbon selection, which is awesome :-) because most stores only carry the usual bourbons :-(. The store is very clean and I noticed a very good selection of rums, vodkas and tequilas. I am not a brandy or cognac person so didn’t pay much attention to that or the cordials.

It's a liquor store. Not complicated. What sets this apart is that the 2 people working there were friendly, talked easily, and they were helpful. I don't buy much alcohol. But when and if, it will likely be here.

Stood in line for the Bourbon Lottery. The store manager, Mel, and her team did a fantastic job. I was able to get exactly what I was hoping for and everything was taken care of in a timely and orderly fashion. Thanks!

Employees are super nice and makes sure they follow the Covid rules. They tend to have a long line, but what abc store doesn't. Its location is perfect for me and anybody in the downtown area.

You are able to go in the store. You are greeted at the door they take your order. Get what you need. Then direct you to the cashier. You are in and out quickly. Very friendly and helpful.

Bc of Covid, my daughter told them exactly what she wanted and they get it for you. They have the aisles taped off. It seemed very organized and they only allowed approximately 2-3 customers in at a time.

I can’t say enough nice things about the employees at this location. Sierra and Ashley are an absolute delight to deal with. I love Blanton’s bourbon and with the craze for it over the past few years, it’s hard to find. I’m sure they get called constantly about hard to find spirits and I have ALWAYS received great attitudes. I wish they sold more than spirits so that I would have more reasons to go in there and see their smiling faces. Thank you ABC on Main and everyone who works there, especially Sierra and Ashley! Your parents raised great people to be around.

Great service and of course friendly and courteous

I called to check on an item. The woman who answered was incredibly cheerful and helpful. A ray of sunshine despite our depressing times.

Super nice here, inventory was up to date online for in store pick up. Owner had exactly what I wanted within seconds.

My favorite ABC store and I dont even drink, lol. They are super nice and thats hard to do with those crazy customers.

Great store! But they're closed now and relocating to 25th and main!

Because of the pandemic, they go thru great safety lengths to keep u separate from other customers, Awesome
