Tiffany Thomas here, I came to this location because I love the area so much. I was kindly greeted by Will. My order didn’t come out as expected for my moms funeral service and although it wasn’t his fault, Will guaranteed that he’d help me get a better print. I re ordered and got my print within 15/20 minutes. So appreciative! Thank you so much Will and Office Depot staff from my family to yours.

I have been coming to this office depot for years and the staff is always very helpful. My last trip I was helped by Antoinette, she was very friendly and knowledgeable, definitely made me feel like I was her only priority (which was a welcome feeling) since most places do not offer great customer service now a days. It was an absolute pleasure during my last visit and I will return solely because of the great customer service that she provided.

I love their same-day printing services, I'm always on the run and don't have time to get certain things done, especially business cards! I'm always running out of them, so it's nice to order them and pick them up on the same day without having to wait one week for printing!

Zachary was super helpful even though the tech guy wasn’t there. Got us in and out and we got exactly what we needed.

The young man at this store who has the reddish hair and cute freckles... he is the sweetest angel from above. He took the time to educate me about all the different chairs and was totally empathetic about my back and leg paid and why this purchase was so important for me. Then he gladly assembled my selected chair while I was in the store and he did it so quickly. He carefully fit the chair into my car and I was so thankful for all of his hard word. Friendly, courteous and just sweet as can be. He took total care of every detail of what I needed and he was swift, professional and wonderful to be around. I really appreciate that he made my whole day perfect! Thanks so very much!!

Very friendly staff. As a regular, it's always flattering for staff to remember your face at any given store. Prices are always great and I love their rewards program. The recycling initiative here is also always lovely. I snagged two desks and desk chairs on sale here for an absolute steal of a price when moving into my new apartment, and the manager was a tremendous help in getting them delivered in a timely fashion around my move-in date. Returning the floor mats I bought on accident was also very easy. Love it here.

Used existing templates as well as my own creation to order Bus Card and was so impressed with the delivery time, I was told they would be ready in about 6 hrs. or so, within an hour I had placed the order received an email/Text the order was ready and the results were excellent just as I wanted them. Thank you, I will definitely use your service in the future.

Wills was exceptional help form the moment I entered the store.

The associate's name was Stan at the Waterford Lakes store, he helped me regarding monitors and printers. He was very knowledgeable, we talked for a while, and although he kept looking to see if he was needed elsewhere, he explained things I really didn't know.
He also gave me a list of online sites for trusted reviews. How wonderful to encounter someone like that. Most stores have staff who are not very knowledgeable and who try to avoid the public. Kudos to Stan!
