Nordstrom Rack

Picked up 2 pairs of True Religion jeans for $48 dollars. Every time I walk in I walk out feeling like I robbed the place. They don’t have the widest selection of shoes, but the discounts are steep.

I went into this location looking for a specific item and unfortunately there was no one on the sales floor to help but I browsed around and made a different purchase. Lines moved pretty quickly.

There are 3 floors of gorgeous items to choose from. They have great fragrances, make up, jewelery, hats, scarves, gloves, etc on the ground floor. The 2nd floor is all woman's clothing, young, older, tiny to XL, casual, dressy, formal, etc. I didn't have enough time on my lunch break to make it to the third floor. Although my guess would be amazing men's clothing, but I don't know that for a fact. All I can say is that I could've spent several more hours on the 2nd floor. Store was clean and the prices were mostly reasonable. Love it!

Love Nordstrom Rack and the employees at this store are mostly friendly and helpful. The store itself is quite large and worth the trip. If you get the Nordstrom credit card you get $100 in free alterations at “The Rack” and regular Nordstrom stores, even for online purchases. The alterations lady is pretty good. I almost always leave this store with a bargain. The selection is good and constantly changing (online it’s even better) and returns are so simple and easy it’s shocking. Check out this store (and definitely the app).

Every time I come here I always have pleasant encounters with the staff. They are all so kind and welcoming unlike a lot of other retail shops along Chestnut and Walnut St. I enjoy browsing and shopping around. It’s very therapeutic to me but these days I find myself wanting to shop online more to avoid dealing with rude retail workers but this place here is truly the best. I always make it a point to stop in whenever I’m in the area and never regret it!

Always well stocked. Selection is decent. I have a small waist size so it's hard to find pants that fit but they have the full range of sizes. Reliable source of underwear in the normal range of sizes. Prices are marked down from retail. I feel like the prices are higher than I would like to pay but are a chunk marked down from MSRP. Pretty large selection of men's and women's shoes and socks. Three floors: men's, women's, and footwear. They have luggage, too.

The customer service at this store is just as good as Nordstrom (which, I think, is the highest praise). Thank you to Prince and Nyara for your help today!!

I've actually just started shopping at Nordstrom Rack within the past month or so. I've been able to find some really good deals, & even a few things I had been keeping my eye at other retailers. Although, I love a little retail therapy. If I can, I try to check Nordstrom Rack before I purchase certain items because I definitely love to save some money when I can.

Multi floor, nice selection, does in store pick up. Had really nice small designer fragrances for &10-$15 like versace, coach? Etc.

What happened to the hand bags,and I loved those freephone jeans and the pink baby doll platform shoes and the New Armoni, first born of my 6 little love bugs

Nice collection of clothes, saw some new additions to. Hope to see more great deals and items

Has really cute lamps on sale for $10, makes a great gift. And place is always nice, but a bit cramped

I recently moved to downtown Philadelphia and visited Nordstrom rack for the first time. Not only were your prices reasonable, but your staff was helpful happy and eager to please me as a customer. Not only will I be back in your wonderful store, but I'm going to tell people how good your prices are and how good the service it was. From the minute I walked in I was greeted I was asked twice if I needed help and at the very end the checkout I was greeted by a smiling associate who was very friendly and kind to me. Keep up the good work folks

Clean, well organized. They're constantly rearranging sections which is confusing but at least they're well marked. Make sure you check tags - I've found a ton of clearance mixed in with regular priced items. Having an elevator is super helpful.

Love love love the selection here. This one was better than the one in delaware with shoe selection. I was trying on shoes for 2 hours trying to not buy to much. I walked out with 6 pair of shoes for $200. I am happy cause I found shoes for the cruise.

I have never had a bad experience at any of there locations, always plenty of options and the people who work there are always friendly and knowledgeable and professional
