UNIQLO Chestnut St

I was amazed by accidentally visiting this store. Came here to get some stuff from J Crew because they carry XS sizes, could not find what I wanted from them. But from this store I found all my stuff and with super good quality. First time visiting and hearing about this store and brand. Japanese brand with high quality goods. So come and get your stuff from here.

This Uniqlo was organized pretty nicely! 3 different floors with the middle floor being the ground floor. The anime section was on the middle floor on the left when you walk in!

I experienced one of the best customer services on 9/7 and 9/8/2023. Staff and the managers went above and beyond to deliver a product that was sold out at this location. I was able to come back on the next day to pick up the product. I appreciate the efforts that every single employee who helped me getting the merchandise. The customer service on both days of visits is consistent. Thank you!

Omg i love this store, its great for all season and for children and family. I love their winter line. All my kids and i have their costs. Affordable, stylish. Sporty, flirty looks great. Check out some of the pieces I purchased at Uniqlo.

Plenty of styles, with comfortable materials especially for cold cold weather. Ranging from casual outfit to formal outfit, from male female to even kids. Decent price, great quality. Props to Uniqlo

Gigantic, with three floors. Men's, women's, and a combined area with accessories and some of the best sellers from each section. Cheaper than most stores for better quality. Super supportive staff.

One of my favorite places to get affordable clothes. Staff are always really friendly and helpful. Their tailor was able to make alterations for me in a pinch. I really love their new checkout system, it’s super high tech and accurate.

There needs to be a Uniqlo in every city, so good thing there's one at the heart of Philly!

They have good quality of clothes and the price is reasonable and good children clothes

Enjoy frequenting this location in Chestnut Street shopping district. Final sale deals are great for post altered pants and jeans around $10 - 20, or low cost alterations. Airism undershirts are a a staple if wearing dress shirts. Only gripe is cashiers need manager approval when buying final sale items.

Collection is awsm.. Especially light weight duckdowns.... Kids collection is great!

My first time going in there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Picked up my package, the service was fast. Also shopped in store, it was pretty busy but fast check out.

The employees working the register on Saturday were top notch. They did seem a little understaffed when it was busy, but they got us through the long line very quickly. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.

Store is well laid out and comfortable to shop in, plus the clothes are great quality. Would recommend.

Easily one of my favorite stores to shop at! Good quality clothes, decent prices. Their coats and jeans are worth it. They maintained the Art Deco exterior whilst converting the interior into an ultra-modern space, nice contrast. Workers are very kind here.

Nice clean store with lots to look at and clothes of all types. Not the best shop if you are looking for larger sizes like 2x and above.

Always great deals and selections. I wish the staff were more helpful. Some of them were nice and attentive while other just walked right past you, look you in the face and never ask if you needed help even tho you looked lost and can't seem to find what you're looking for. I digress. You can't let unwilling staff ruin your shopping experience. So shop save and enjoy like I myself did! Overall great place to shop and you'll save money while doing so. Happy shopping!!!
