Friendly staff - knowledgeable and helpful; Helped me set up my loyalty account very easily. This store appears smaller but they have things need to get your DIY done. Ample parking.

Fast and friendly, paint knowledgeable staff. Get what you need quick without the big box store atmosphere. They also recycle leftover paint. Thanks!

This SW is the friendliest one around. They looked up my base options, told me what was available, what could be ordered, what the best choices were for my house (weather'wise). Every time I've been in the crew has been helpful with zero pressure. They had no problem matching the color based on my previous receipt, which a Big Box store found funny when I asked that... After several experiences here and other SW/Big Box stores, this will be my go to!

It is pricey. Purchase during a sale and do the shopping whenever you get your ideas together.

(#protip: Avoid Kenmore location if you are female, the older guy there is condescending and otherwise unhelpful.)

Best paint ever! More expensive than big box stores, but only requires one coat, usually, so saves a ton of work and time and looks great. Huge selection of colors, types of paints and can color match if they don't have the exact color you're after. Staff is super nice and very knowledgeable and they'll take time to help you find the right product for your project. They also carry everything else you'd need for painting and prices are comparable to other stores. Highly recommend using their paint products for all your projects!

The store is like an oasis of calm, color and expertise. Dave gave me honest, expert advice and helped me promptly when I came in. This store is clean, organized and beautiful. It makes me feel like I really can accomplish my decorating goals. I went to Sherwin-Williams for the high-quality products but I will keep coming back for all the other good reasons I mentioned above.

They were fast and friendly. Quality paint that I got on sale and was able to afford and so glad I did. However I must also point out the staff was incredible and answered my numerous questions. Thank you for that!

Great stuff. I was on the way to a chain hardware store for paint, but their store was right in front of me. So, I pulled in, showed the guy the color I wanted and within 10 minutes was on my merry way. Excellent paint. Covered really well and made the job easy!

Current sale is fantastic, saved us so much money buying 28 gallons of paint for the exterior of our house. Staff has been so helpful (in one day I was at the store 4 times.) Great quality paint too!

I love this store. Every time I go in they are not only helpful but extremely friendly. I have a different SW store closer to my house, but the staff at this particular branch is worth driving out of my way for. They know their products (having actually used them) and are knowledgable but not pushy with advice. The last time I went in Pauline worked with me for almost an hour trying to get me a product that I would love. As a result , I won't be going anywhere else.

Store employee was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with; store is clean, well-ordered and had exactly what I needed; I also appreciate they take used paint for recycling.

The staff at SW Northgate, in Seattle, is knowledgeable and professional, but also personable. I felt like they really cared not only that I get the right product for the job, but that I was happy with the colors, and had considered aspects like changes of lighting, reflections from the fir floor, etc. I came in three times before I actually bought paint for the new house. They knew me, knew my name by the second visit, and made the process of committing to colors almost fun. When you're doing something intimidating, it is so good to have support, and even friends. Shalisha helped me on Sunday and provided me with exceptional customer service. I have purchased 20+ paint samples from the Shoreline Shermin-Williams in the past several years, and used one for an accent wall and did not write down the paint name. I got caulk on the paint above the sink, and in removing the caulk, removed some of the paint. Not knowing what color I needed to buy to touch up the wall, Shalisha printed out invoices of all of my sample purchases. She was gracious and kind about it, and was lovely to work with. Thank you!

Come during one of the 40% off sales. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Sherwin Williams Duration in Satin is a great paint. We did two coats in our small bathroom and only used 2/3 of a gallon. Quality thick paint that goes on easy. I would recommend going on Pinterest and/or Houzz and type in the paint color you're interested to see how it might look like for your project.

Fairly small Sherwin-Williams, so their selection is somewhat limited, but the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, stores clean, and I have no complaints about using them regularly

people are top-notch, they understand the value of customer SERVICE - which is why i continue to come back. and the products are excellent, i'm done buying paint and paint supplies from big-box, low-knowledge stores.

They were able to match a very hard color and did it with great customer service and a smile. Very pleased with my experience and they now have a loyal customer at this location.

The employees are knowledgeable. And encouraging a Google search for the 30% off coupon was going over and above in my opinion. Saved money and that will bring me back.

My husband and I went in for paint this past Friday night to paint an accent wall in our living room. Luis was extremely kind and helpful and made the process fun and easy!
