This store is fantastic! The folks who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is organized the way that Corporate wants it I guess, which makes employees even more helpful and honest because they are gamers first. Definitely a great place to shop. Prices fluctuate too darn much, though.

I've been shopping at this GameStop since it was an EB Games. Through the years it's always been a consistent experience with friendly staff (such as Dan or Michaela,) and fair and reasonable prices on games and trade-ins.

I don't feel like I get the same treatment elsewhere and can honestly say that the people who work at this location are more friends/family than they are employees.

They almost always have what I'm looking for and if they don't have it know where to find it. There was one time that the only copy of a game I was looking for was located in Florida and they had it shipped in for me to purchase. I have never had that experience anywhere else. Thank-you GameStop Hillsborough for everything and despite now living 30 minutes away, will make the trip to this store for years to come.

I ordered a game to be delivered same day because I have covid and am stuck at home (Postmates does this service). Gamestop did their part, but postmates marked it as delivered without actually bringing it to me. Gamestop, thankfully, was able to help. I called them and Mickayla said that they give it to (on a long pole to keep social distancing) if I drove there. I didn't even need to leave my car. I can't thank them enough for their help.

The folks are always super nice, friendly ans helpful here. They are very knowledgeable about games, consoles as well as making solid recommendations. I frequent then a few times a year and it's always the same great constent experience. One of my favorite GameStop to stop by and shop games, consoles and game accessories!

Michaela was an absolute pleasure. They greeted me and my nieces as soon as we walked in the door and was genuinely pleased to help us. They recommended games and toys based on the girl's interests and even offered them a few free pokemon cards from their personal deck, which my nieces found fun :) I would come back to this store if I knew Michaela would be there to help us. They deserve a raise based on their amazing customer service!

This store is clean, neat and the employees are very friendly and informative. They make it a good atmosphere to just shop around without feeling like you have to buy something. Wide variety of old and new games as well as tons of accessories and collectables. I love coming to this particular store and I don't care what anyone says about GameStop, I love GameStop and I hope this company stays in the game for a long time to come.

I usually write a review when someone goes above and beyond & that's exactly what Dan did for me. I ordered a game on black friday and the game was delivered defective, Dan went out of his way to pick up the game at another gamestop location so that I would receive a working copy fast. Thanks brotha-man.

Staff greeted me on arrival and when I was looking at items recommended other things I would like and I really appreciated there input was very happy

Gamestop is busy but moving at a quick pace. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, professional, and great people. One of the go to stores if you're looking for games.

One of the better GameStops. Staff is cool and helpful. Always trying to help with suggestions and selections and even help with questions regarding what new games are coming and out what to avoid.

The staff was very helpful when I asked about the Solaire amiibo. Rather than saying they didn't have it, they looked it up in the system and pre-ordered it for me.
