Amazing Creamery! It’s a must visit, the staff is extremely friendly and kind and always offering to let us sample any flavor we want!
The ice cream flavors keep changing which is amazing as they always have something new and extremely delicious. The drinks are just as amazing and never get to take a picture as we’re always eager to dig in!
The flight is amazing! Would recommend anyone to get it! 6 flavors for a bargain of a price! We got to sample multiple flavors if not all this way!

Was in the area and was craving something sweet, so glad I caught this spot before closing.

First of all the parlor is so pretty clean and well kept, you can tell the business owner takes great pride in his shop!

The guy was very friendly and helped me pick me and my mom’s flavor.

Ice cream is delish and fresh and I loved the bubble waffle cone. I’d definitely make the drive here anytime.

The weather was nice today. Sun was out, the sunroof was open. Went for a drive with my niece and stopped in to Sweet Parlor Ice Cream Shop in Hilllsborough for some sweet treats. I had not been through Hillsborough in a while and decided to check out was was new in town to me. This place was great! They had some unique offerings that I took an interest in immediately. We decided to try the U-Be My Bae Sundae and the Sweet Tea Bubble Waffle Sundae. They looked great, and more importantly tasted even better! Not overly sweet and the different textures of crunch, creamy, and soft bites were all present and quite pleasant. I will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu. Thank you Sweet Parlor for tending to my craving!

This is the best ice cream I have had. Tim is excellent at his craft and makes the most exciting and enjoyable flavors. Loved the milkshakes as well.

Good vibes! Walked in and the building was warm and smelled good. Plenty of space to sit and everything was neat/clean. Staff was helpful and nice. I got a hazel rocs milkshake with coconut, whipped cream, and graham crumbles - it tasted great!

I hope there will be some more vegan options in the future besides the sorbet (unless I missed them but the flavors weren’t labeled as vegan)

If you’re looking for an exceptional ice cream experience, Sweet Parlor is the spot that keeps on giving.

Their bubble waffles are soft and delicious. The ice cream is great, and they have some unique flavors such as guava cheesecake and Sriracha lime. The store made whipped cream is also great! The service was fast and friendly. This place is new and gets pretty busy, but they did a good job to make the line move fast. Overall, it was a good experience.

I love, love this place!! The ice cream are all homemade and delicious! They have a large selection of different and creative flavors and their bubble waffle is scrumptious. From the lovely waffle aroma that you get a whiff of when you first enter, to the smiling faces behind the counter, this place is definitely worth the visit. Your taste buds will be pleased. You’ll thank me later!! I especially love their Vietnamese coffee.

The ice cream was delicious! I got two scoops which were generous in size. The inside of the store was beautifully decorated. They allowed us to sample various flavors (which were all delicious) until we found one we wanted. They are also open late which is great for us as we work late. We will be back for sure.

Nice new interesting flavors you don’t normally see in other ice cream/desert places.

New ice cream spot in Hillsborough. I loved the unique flavors that they serve. I think that makes it stand out. I m very bored with same old flavors of ice cream so this place I love. To name a few interesting ones- ube brownies, bean sesame, strawberry shortcake, Gua mango cheesecake , POG - passion fruit, orange, guava etc. try it once if you are experimental with ice cream.

Sweet Parlor has definitely made its way into my list of top 5 favorite ice cream shops. I surprised my cousin and her family with 5 pints, 5 toppings, and 7 sugar cones, all thanks to the BOGO deal they offered: buy 4, get 1 free! Not only was it affordable, but the ice cream was incredibly smooth and rich. Our favorites were Pistachio and Masala Chai.

The most unique ice cream place I’ve ever experienced! Everything is small batch and made on site! The team here really thought outside the box for the ice cream flavors!

I highly recommend trying the bubble waffle sundaes with Thai milk tea ice cream! Drink options include teas, lemonades and custom sodas! If you’re in the Hillsborough area definitely recommend checking out Sweet Parlor!

I worked for a major ice cream distribution warehouse and plant, and I have to say Sweet Parlor is one of the best ice cream places I have eaten at. Staff is very friendly, has plenty of seating inside, very clean, and most importantly, a huge variety of constantly changing flavors. The owner has new flavors all the time, and whoever I bring there loves the ice cream and is addicted to it. They make amazing shakes, which I usually go for, but every now and then definitely love their ice cream just as much. Give it a try, and you'll be hooked, trust me! Also it has plenty of free parking space right in front!

Such unique flavors + trendy spot! So far, it is not busy since it is a new establishment. Love the environment and the cleanliness. The flavors are unique and diverse, I'm glad I can get my hands on some Asian flavors locally instead of driving far out to NYC or Edison. Looking forward to the success of this shop.

This was my second time at Sweet Parlor so I had the opportunity to talk more with the owner. Both experiences were wonderful, and this time I learned more about the owner’s ideas behind the menu, etc. There’s a lot of Asian flavors, namely Filipino and as a Filipino myself they were definitely spot on and delicious. I’m waiting for the restock of the Calamansi, but the Ube, Thai Tea, Brown Sugar Earl Grey, and Puff Cheeto flavors are all exceptional. The owner was also kind to offer me free boba topping with my Brown Sugar Earl Grey as I believe is new. Also, the Coffee flavor is certainly made with real coffee as it’s stronger in taste than most generic coffee ice creams.

The owner is very kind and passionate about what he does. Right now I would consider this as a hidden gem, even more so since the shop currently doesn’t have an exterior sign/awning so it may be hard to find for first-timers. It’s one of the best ice cream places I’ve been to with unique flavors that are all homemade in-house. I’ll be looking forward to keep coming back and supporting them with the bonus perk that they have a loyalty program. The inside is comfortable as well, with nice Instagram-esque decor for photo opps.

Amazing flavors that rotate often….Cool decor and vibe inside. Absolutely one of the best ice cream places i’ve been to in the area (my other favorite being the Bent Spoon in Princeton). Check it out!!!
