I can't say enough good things about the Hillsborough post office employees! I forgot to put the apartment number on a package I sent out and got a notice from the receiver that there was a problem. I called them a few minutes AFTER closing thinking noone would ever answer. Not only did he answer,but he and the driver fixed everything!!

Ebony was extremely kind and helpful when I called and asked a bunch of random questions. Appreciate it!

Tom was very helpful when I needed to locate a package that a seller had shipped late to me and so it arrived to USPS a day late. Once the package was scanned, he contacted me and helped me to get the package in time for the contractor I had scheduled. Thank you.

Had to post this because Hillsborough post office has a bad reputation. But I just got off the phone with the most helpful pleasant man.

I personally had a good experience with them, retrieving my package was a whole process but they have been helping me as best they can. Staff was friendly and I was in and out in a couple of minutes.

The line was quite long but moved as fast as I expected it too. Like every post office you should have everything figured out. Its 2021 there is no reason to question how to ship something. If everyone knew what they were doing the line would not have been as long.

Called about an issue with tracking services. The lady on the phone was very nice and polite, and helped me figure it out. Only 4 stars due to the amount of time spent on hold, without being told what she was trying to figure out or do.

Plenty of parking. You can even just do a drive through and drop off your mail in the mailbox that is conveniently placed sp the driver can drop off letters.

Building looks sturdy and big from the outside. The interior is old, but it is handicap acccessible with automated doors.

Asian (Chinese?) postal lady was nice. She seemed to know her information well.

I expressed to the lady that I did not know how to create a label but I have a piece of paper with me that has the FROM & TO information with me. She raised her voice at me because apparently, she did not understand me. She gave me a sticker label which I needed (I just did not request it at that time because I did not know what it was called or to do). Good thing the other person helped me (she was very helpful than the other lady). I wish they would've been nicer and have a positive attitude to those customers who are not knowledgeable when it comes to mailing stuff.
