Omg is was the best experience I had since I have been a cricket customer for 10 years. The store clerk I forgot her name I just know she wore glasses and is Hispanicand pretty nails . I had a crazy situation for my friend he was on family plan and they was being petty put and insurance claim on his phone and I was in the area I called her she had me come in fixed the phone switched carriers. He was with at&t and we got him switched and added to my service it was fast and easy process the best customer service , friendly she said she was there for 10 years amazing she know what she doing at this location

I went to the store To ask about the cost on the phones and plan to get one and the Denise s. Help me and explain every detail in the plans and also helped me With their services they offer...i end up getting phone service with them... thank you so much for her help and time.. if any one wanna get service with them ask for Denise... 🙂
