Been coming to this store since they opened. I have 5 trucks/cars I bring through this car wash regularly. I always get the $20 wash to get their cloth shine at the end. Unfortunately, this visit it didn't work. I requested the difference of $4 and instead the shift manager, Brandon, wanted to give me a $4 wash instead....Really?? This will only make my truck look worse and would not give a refund. Don't come here!! You will get ripped off and won't get what you pay for. The least they could have done is had a sign stating this feature wasn't working and I would have not paid for this higher car wash.

Bathrooms close early, come on now, open restrooms are a must. Avoid this place.

Sold me a carwash saying nothing about it being closed. I dont live near here and will not be able to use it at a later date. Went back in and asked for a refund, i was flat out told there is nothing that can be done. So i paid for services never received, isnt that the same as stealing?

Found dead roach in cup of ice. So disgusting, will never return to this store again. I wish I could take away the one star, but it will not allow me too rate this filthy, disgusting, nasty store. Please beware if you care about your and your families health.

They have public restrooms that have hand written signs saying employees only because they don't want to do there job and keep the restrooms clean. Hire someone who will do the full job description

Not actually open 24 hours. Sign on door when I got here at 2:02 that reads "shift change, closed 15 minutes". It is now 2:32 and the employee has still not opened. Finally the store employee opens and talks like I'm stupid for waiting when "there's a place up the street". If I had known 15 minutes actually meant a half hour, I wouldn't have waited.

It doesn't matter how many people are working or how long the line is they will only have 1 person on the register. If you want propane, hope the person working is in a good mood or you won't get it
