Rite Aid

I've always had a great experience shopping here. The management up front, especially Matt, will always order extra if I need it of basically anything in the store. The pharmacy department has always been cheerful and helpful with anything I need to locate in the vitamins and cough medicine.

I love this pharmacy, pharmacist and technicians as well as the other girls that work in the pharmacy. I have been using this Rite Aid for the last 8 years because I moved 8 years ago but I have been using Rite Aid Pharmacy for the past 30 years and for the most part I get treated well and this one I've been using since I moved on Warwick Rd in Stratford has always gone above and beyond the way they have always treated me here. If I have a question or ask about something there is never a problem they are always so nice and polite and that goes a long way with me because I have worked with customer service so I know it's hard to make everyone happy even when you try to kill them with kindness and since I have been using this Rite Aid Pharmacy they are always nice and it doesn't matter how busy they are they all act like I'm the only customer in there store and they all deserve to be told what a great job they are all doing and they are all doing it with a smile so please let them all know how much I appreciate them and people are the first one to let you know that someone did something wrong but I love to take the time out to ask you to tell them that they are doing everything right and I always appreciate their kindness with a smile. Thank you

The pharmacists here are always EXTREMELY helpful & never once fail to make sure i know how to administer medicine properly. Even when super busy, they never rush through customers. Ive been coming here for over 5 years & have never had a bad experience at the pharmacy. They are just great! 😄

If I could I would give them 6 stars.....I would. I never take the time to write good reviews because I am always too busy, but I had to make the time. The Pharmacy Dept. Staff including both Pharmacist go "way out of their way" to always help me and in addition even save me money. NOT JUST ONCE, but every-time since November 2007, and John about the bathroom (he gave 1 star) I think you were in the wrong store, lol. My apologies John if you sit down to pee, lol.

When I walked in I was greeted at the moment of entering RiteAid I was asked if I needed help with my purchase I actually am thinking about using their pharmacy also
