As an employee of the store for 4 years so far George from the pro desk really helped my father out with the credit thingy the service desk can go screw themselves for not helping him if you are one of them f you and your life. George you are a one of a kind thank you for helping my dad out 😊

Update: 9/16/23. I stopped back again. To purchase a pair of clear safety glasses. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had no idea where these things were. Oh BTW, they're on isle 15, LoL.

I just love shopping at this Home Depot. It's clean and well organized. Plenty of parking. It's customer friendly. And unlike some other large retailers, this place actually has a really good staff. When I walked in, someone actually said Hi.

The quality of everything they sell is so important. And the management obviously understands how important this is.

I highly recommend The Home Depot in Deptford.

I went there today to get a certain tool. First saw a sales person and he directed me to another sales associate. A man wearing an Eagles Kelsey jersey. Forgot to get his name unfortunately.
The tool I was looking was not available according to their inventory. He then told me what other Home Depots had the tool. I thanked him and left.
But after I was in my car he came out to the parking lot, found me and said he found one.

I bought a adorable polar bear for my sister for Christmas holidays that blown up its beautiful and the people were wonderful with helping shop for it I couldn't reach it to get it of the shelve and they got it down and even rang it up for me as I have trouble with self check out

You will surprised what Home Depot carries, I was. Folks they have everything, if it is not in the store then its on their website, like for real.

My favorite part about home Depot is that they are pet friendly. I can bring my dog in there and everyone loves her. She's always a big hit. And they have absolutely everything I need for my house from cleaning supplies, to painting supplies, to tools.

Anthony went above and beyond in helping me find a grill to my standard. Plus he went out of his way to show me the different accessories they had and explain their features. Not only did he take the time to help me retrieve the grill I wanted. He took the time to ring me up. With confidence, he informed me if I ever have an issue to come back and they will make it right. In the end, he was truly astounding. He even went outside to help me load it onto my truck. Now that’s what I call customer satisfaction! Thank You Anthony for your help.

Very easy process to rent the Home Depot truck to take home 39 cases of flooring. It is a big truck, however it is very easy to drive. It even has ramp to help with loading.

Despite being in a giant warehouse, I almost never have any trouble looking for what I need. I just pull up their website on my phone, look up the item, and it'll say what aisle and bay it's in, and how much is in stock (just make sure you have the correct store/location selected). Super helpful. I wish more stores implemented this.
And if you still end up wandering around, workers are usually really helpful

I ordered online and picked it up at the store. It was fast and easy!

I had a lovely experience today, always are wonderful people here but today really stood out.

Ryan in the front was so kind, and went so far as to get me a cart from outside when I already had some merch in my arms.

Joe and Benito in rentals were lovely to work with as well, and helped me to load all of my stuff including more than just the rental in my car. There was another young man who was wonderful, but unfortunately I didn’t catch his name.

Overall great job from always great staff.

I AM INEXPERIENCED CARPENTER/HANDYMAN YOU WHATEVER TAKES KEEP THE FOOD ON THE TABLE
BUT AS I WAS REDOING A WASHER DRYER OVER UNDER
And I was having difficulties trying to pick sit together
Because whoever hooked it up before me had both hots running together and it was JUST a mess anyway all said and done I ripped it all out put the plumbing in the wall and I bet I had over $200 worth of shark bites that I overbought
And HOME DEPOT
Had absolutely no problem taking back all my returns WHICH MEANS A LOT TO ME
LOWE'S ON THE OTHER HAND THINGS THAT I WOULD BUY THAT WE'RE OVER AND BEYOND THE JOB AND I TRY TO TAKE BACK IT WAS A BIG DEAL THE MANAGER WOULD HAVE TO COME UP I'D HAVE TO SIGN I HAVE TO SHOW MY ID I HAD TO ON AND ON AND ON IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE SO I DO NO LONGER SHOP AT LOWE'S JUST BECAUSE OF THE HASSLE AND NOW BECAUSE OF THEIR STORE COURTESIES HOME DEPOT IS THE ONLY PLACE I WILL SHOP AT IF I GOT TO GO 20 MILES OUT OF THE WAY I WILL NOT STOP

Just picking up a bag of rocks and soil I need to repot some house plants Gus pointed me to the correct aisles which was awesome because it was cold outside register girl found me a box to carry the 3 for $12.00 aloe plants.
I walked out smiling!

I was in the Deptford Home Depot to purchase neem oil on 5/26 in the insecticide aisle. There was none on the shelf so I asked for help from a woman who was extremely nice and helpful. She went and got 2 more woman who found the product way way up high on the shelf. All three of these woman went out of their way to assist me. I’m sorry I didn’t get their names. But I appreciate their wonderful customer service. It was a pleasant shopping experience !!!!!! Thank you ladies!!!
