AT&T Store

Kevin was extremely helpful and helped us with everything we needed I got a new phone and a new watch and he helped us a lot, I would highly recommend coming to this store in the future !

I went to the AT&T store in Deptford, NJ, just across from the mall to see about an upgrade from my iPhone 8Plus. As soon as I walked in Kevin the assistant store manager greeted me right away I explained my upgrade needs and he took it from there!

Kevin was personable, knowledgeable and gave me a great customer service! As a retired Marine he made sure I received the discounts I earned - even being a AAA member got me a discount - as well as the retired ID card cause I didn’t have a copy of my DD-214 which not many of us retired military may not carry around with them but I will have in my car from now on. Overall I received SUPERB customer service from Kevin who from the moment I walked in treated me with respect, that I was important! If ya need a upgrade in the Deptford/Glassboro NJ area,go see Kevin in his well run AT&T store!

Kim was super helpful today and very easy to talk to! She explained our service and how much everything would cost. She even sold my mom a new iPad! Would def recommend:)

At the Deptford AT&T store Noah was an outstanding and very informative agent. He was very personal and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he took with me.

The associates greeted us when we came in. Within 5 minutes Kim approached us and gave us her full attention. We bout two IPhone 15 Pro Max , Kim helped set the phones up and even offered us the bundles. Right now we're not interested in the bundles being offered. I would definitely recommend any body to AT&T Deptford,NJ. Thank you Kim!!

I came into the Deptford, NJ store to upgrade my iPhone. Darren was wonderful. He went through my plan and bill with me item by item, answered all my questions, explained all of Apple's new technologies and helped me get exactly what I wanted and needed. It was the best experience I've ever had at AT&T.

I went to AT&T to explore possibly switching carriers for my family (4 Lines). I was overly frustrated with my current carrier (AT&T's top competitor) concerning cell service, customer service, and rising costs to name a few items. From the minute I walked through the door, I was greeted by Kevin with a big smile, a larger-than-life personality, and a sincere eagerness to just listen and provide guidance/help. Kevin was patient, answered my questions, and truly made me feel valued. I made the move to switch carriers that night based on my experience with Kevin, services offered by AT&T, and the anticipated savings (almost half) of what I am currently paying... I am appreciative of his knowledge, staying well after the store closed to take care of my family, and the top-notch customer service overall.

Kevin Curtis from At&t was one of the best experiences we’ve had. He was SOOO helpful and my mom and I are very dumb with phones and he really helped us out. He really knows how to explain things well to non tech savvy people. I really recommend going to this at&t and requesting him. Kevin had the best personality, best humor, and his smile is contagious. We had a very good experience upgrading pur phones. It took a while Tiffininy ,& Sonia were very helpful getting our information transfered over. Large bright store. Good service. Plenty of parking.

Store Manager Tom was very helpful with getting my email set up after it stopped working. Very pleased!

Kevin was friendly, extremely patient and very helpful as well as ALL the other employees. They kept my husband and I entertained while we waited a very long time (my fault, 140k messages needed to be transferred). We got new phones, accessories, our problems were resolved and had a great time. Thanks again to the staff at AT&T on Hurfville Rd.

Just dealt with Kevin at this location and he was beyond perfect. Had a bad experience in the Glassboro store around the area, and Kevin assured us he would solve our issues, and he definitely did. I recommend him to anyone and everyone that comes here 10/10

I just want to say, Kevin Curtis and Kai S(The Manager) are amazing!! I did the unthinkable and went to an Authorized Retailer (bad mistake)… My account was in ATT limbo land and these two guys were relentless in helping me resolve all the issues that they didn’t create. Extremely knowledgeable, amazingly helpful and very professional. It takes an empathetic attitude and a courageous temperament to do the right things and these guys are the best at what they do!!

Eli at the Deptford store 1215 Hurfville Rd. Was a great help. Got me an upgrade, case, screen protector, charger, and transferred all my info in about 40 minutes. Quick fast and efficient. He also heated up my lunch for me which was great lol. Thank you Eli !

ALL the employees during my visit were fun, helpful, attentive, personable and professional. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. This was one of the best customer service interactions I have had. They are the BEST!

My wife and I came over switch from a previous provider and had the pleasure of working with Dorian. Dorian was attentive, knowledgeable , patient and helped with all of our needs today. If every rep works to the example that Dorian sets than this will be one of the most pleasant shopping experiences you will have . A clean store with friendly staff. I would recommend coming here for any of your cellular needs.

Switched from Verizon and extremely happy with AT&T’s coverage so far. Kevin was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and very entertaining. He made the whole process extremely painless and saved us some money while doing so. If you go to this store, which you should, make sure you ask for Kevin.
