Good folks to work with as they truly work to find what you're looking for. We needed to verify measurements for either the 66" or 77" OLED. The 77" wins!

I recently visited the Best Buy in Deptford Township and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store was magnificently packed with a wide variety of electronics, appliances, and other items. I was able to find everything I needed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great selection of electronics and appliances.

Love Best Buy. They are always helpful & polite. They set up my tablet for me.

I recycled an old cellphone there. Took less than 5 minutes. We get our blu-ray movies here. Great selection. They always have our toner in stock. Great staff. Nice tech store. We don't go anywhere else.

The floor person at the time of my visit was very knowledgeable about a product my wife was going to purchase. So sorry that I forgot his name, but he was working in the printer section.

Very nice store with very well stocked merchandise and ample quantities. Very clean and bright lighting. All merchandise clearly marked and priced. Associates who are friendly , knowledgeable, and eager to assist with any questions you may have.

Dylan was incredibly helpful - between being very knowledgeable and so so friendly (and hilarious), I would go out of my way to shop at any Best Buy he was working at.

Find all electronic devices, washers, driers, kitchen appliances, stereos & speakers, PCs, etc, etc. All at reasonable prices, and the sales are terrific. In addition, they have the Geek Squad that fixes all their products.

I brought my computer here for service a couple times. The Geek Squad staff is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They were always able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem(s) I was having. The store is always very neat, clean and orderly. If you need to find something, don't hesitate to ask for assistance - the staff is more than eager to help you locate what you need. I highly recommend this Best Buy store.

So this review is more specifically for the Geek Squad department, and even more specifically Justin Smith. I had an issue with my 1.5 year old phone, which I had their protection plan for. They couldn't do anything on-site for it, but offered a refurbished replacement. They sent me a phone UPS, which I never received because UPS lost it. They never had a situation like this before. The replacement phone center (based in Kentucky if I remember correctly) would not allow another phone to be ordered due to system restrictions. Over the next several months, Justin stayed on top of the situation, got as many managers and higher-ups involved as possible, and always kept me updated. Eventually he got approval to give me a brand new phone out of store inventory. So while the whole situation was less than ideal, I understand how unusual it was, and Justin and crew did a great job of finding a solution and making me feel valued as a customer.

John in the Appliance Department was fantastic he helped me and made great suggestions I would highly recommend and will be going back to make more purchases definitely asking for him.

Junior was fantastic! He took his time with us and explained everything in great detail.

So I went in to get a tv. I was met by Nick Weissmann. I was gonna get something cheap for my ps5. He talked about different tvs, brands and specs. I told him what I was looking for in size. I purchased an LG TV. It was a little more than I wanted but man, it was worth it. He also made sure I had a surge protector and everything I needed to make sure I had the best experience with what I wanted. Glad there is still good people who care. Thanks Nick.

We purchased a set of 4 Kitchenaid appliances recently at the Best Buy store in Deptford NJ. Everything went as planned and they were even nice enough to hold back the delivery until we finished our kitchen and had a safe place to put everything. People are fast to complain these days but when things go as planned, I like to compliment good service. Not only was John Gaspara a pleasure to deal with but the supervisor Will Cox helped to make sure we had an outstanding experience. Will exceeded our expectations!!! BRAVO!!! We would never go anywhere else. Thanks a million!!

Best buy was so helpful when shopping for my daughter's birthday present, the young lady behind the counter was so helpful! The gentleman that checked us out was very friendly. The online order or door lady was not overly friendly but not rude either. I enjoy seeing CSR be kind to customers, so I want to give kudos where kudos is due

We had a pretty great experience here there’s a lot of things to try out, which was great, because we were looking for a new set of speakers. Overall, we found what we needed and had a salesman. Help us pretty quickly. They have a good variety of things and it’s a pretty big Best Buy.

Ordered online & did pickup. Got a text message when pickup was ready. Everything went smooth.

I have bought random stuff here for over a decade and have never once had a problem with the staff. Whomever trains the staff here deserves a gold retail Olympic medal. Always eager to help and have always gone above and beyond with helping me (I am a idiot when it comes to electronics). I’ve had things explained to me and even shown better deals for what I’m looking for. Even had one guy run around the store with me to find a capture card that was hiding. Thank you guys at this store you guys are all awesome!

Great job on a new radio installation for my Mini Cooper S convertible. The sound, fit and finish are all tight and exact. Waiting for warm sunny weather and a winding road with the top down!
