We were in and out of there so fast, it was faster than the 4g on my phone trying to load a page! I needed to buy printer ink but was in a rush since I had groceries in the car. Arthur was super helpful and immediately knew which cartridges I needed. There was another associate at the time who directed us to where it was located when we first wandered around, but I didn't get his name. Anyway, thank you Arthur and team!

I was greeted when walking into the store. An associate directed me to the area of the store to find the items I needed. As luck would have it, I needed Command Picture Hanging strips, and I found exactly the right sizes on clearance. OD always has what I need. I love shopping with them and always feel valued as a customer. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. P.S. Some stores might be a little short staffed, so be patient.

Office Depot is great for view binders, really useful boxes, portable printers, standard printers /copiers, all colors of paper. Perfect to go to this brick and mortor for office supplies.

I needed an important document to be faxed and they we're happy to do so. Price to fax was very reasonable and they gave me a receipt showing the document went.

While I am a many-years long Office Depot fan, on this visit I was immediately greeted at the door by the very friendly and extremely competent Felicia, who quickly found exactly what I needed -- an item not available online and not common, but in stock at my local store. Felicia gave me information on a good time and who I would see when bringing my PC in for a check up, and said to see her if I have any questions or other needs. She also turned out to be my checker when I paid, and was just as fast, friendly and efficient there. It was a hot (104+), miserable day out there, but her charming smile and friendly demeanor gave me a real boost. I really appreciate it!

It’s easy to find the products on Office Depot’s website and then place an order for required items. After Office Depot emails that the order is ready for pickup, which is normally within 30 minutes, I go and pickup my items. Checkout is very prompt.

We messed up a print order by selecting the wrong paper thickness. The manager, Felicia, was extremely kind and helpful! She showed us all the paper options in person and even printed a sample for us to make sure it was what we wanted. She helped us place the reorder right away and made the process as easy as it could be. We are so appreciative of this staff who care about their customers!

The customer service experience was excellent at this location. I had questions regarding the fax machines. I was shown the different ones they have.They explained the differences between them. Based on this experience I will be making my purchase at this location.

Came in earlier today, couldn't make a decision on an office chair. Kristina at checkout encouraged me to come back and purchase the chair I was looking at. I ended up coming back and I did purchase the chair with her help and suggestions. She was very nice and made the process very easy.

We ordered a monitor and it was ready with in 30 minutes for curbside pickup during the holiday shopping time. The associates are always very nice and helpful when I shop in store too.

When my family needs stationary, printer or school supplies we don’t hesitant to visit our neighborhood Office Depot. The associates are polite and knowledgeable. The products are always in stock and the quality is great!

I love this store. Hope they never go away. They have a large variety of items and their customer service is excellent - especially even during the Pandemic. I love the special bargain items in the isles too - and they make great gifts.

Office Depot Northridge is the best. Outstanding Tech Dept with David C and John and great store manager. Bought a new computer at a great price and easy installation. I highly recommend this store. Great customer service.

Felicia, the engagement manager, was the absolute best. I ordered business cards, and the logo was cut off. She fixed it for me while I was there. She was very kind and I will come back to this Office Depot again because of her!

Great Store. I prefer to shop here rather than that other store. Better, more knowledgeable help. Great selection. I have been buying here for many years, and their service and selection have always been very, very good
