Kelly Paper is the best! When I was working on self-publishing a poetry chapbook they gave me all sorts of sample sheets to try out and were generally super helpful and friendly. They have a huge variety to choose from and are great for corporate clients and small fishes (like me!) alike!

The only real paper store in Portland. Huge selection ranging from envelopes to 8.5x11 cheap office paper to 12x18 art papers, coated, uncoated, digital, offset.
If you're looking for paper locally, that's slightly unusual Kelly will probably be the only place to find it.

The staff is great and helpful...they have open stock paper, so you can get samples. Prices are reasonable and there is a good selection of colors and weights.
