Tommys Tavern + Tap

I wish we had one of these in Illinois! Their coal-fired wings are among the best I EVER had, and during happy hour they're a steal at $10; Mia was an awesome bartender, and I left fully satiated (and a wee bit tipsy, damn good beer selection as well!) I'm still in the parking lot typing all this out because people gotta know ASAP to get on in here and do some wings if nothing else... Don't let the pepper scare ya, it ain't that hot!

Stopped in for lunch. It was pretty crowded for an afternoon but we were able to be seated right away. First up was the Potato soup which was really good and filling. I then had the Poke bowl with Shrimp which was also really good.
Good food and very attentive service!

Saturday night is a busy night for them. Drove up and luckily got parking within 3 minutes. But I can see how it would take a lot longer. The wait to be seated was about 20 minutes for 2. But as soon as we sat we were greeted and taken care of. The food was absolutely amazing. Even tho we have 2 apps, they were delicious. Will definitely be back in the future.

For New Years Day a friend and I decided to celebrate at Tommy's. We've been there before but today topped them all.
Ordered the Sushi Nachos and Tavern Roll.
Oh Lord, they were incredible! I mean the tastes were top knotch. Will not disappoint.
I needed to order a meatball sub to go for my husband, but not on the menu.
Our server, Trevor, was kind enough to put one together from an order of Meatballs, some Mozzarella on top on a Pannini Bread with French fries on the side. The Chef did great with our requests.
They went over and above to serve us and accommodate our requests.
The Bloody Mary and Titos with Seltzer were made perfect!
Been happy there before, and this time proved why we need to return again! You need to go. Great menu!!

I love coming back to this Freehold location. Ambience, food, service is top class. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Today our waitress Victoria was superb. She is the perfect example of service with a smile. Ask for her and you won't be disappointed. I know I won't and will go again.

Never a bad meal, server or overall experience. Great place to meet, eat or hang out. Manager makes sure you enjoyed the meal and your server was up to par. Speaking of servers, Juan was the best. Watched him not only pay extra attention to us but every table he was waiting on. Quick with a refill or clearing the table as needed. Always a smile and asking us if the food was OK, anything else,just a 5 star server. Worth a try for sure if you have never been.

Great place and great food, was able to accommodate a very large group and manager Chris took great care of us! Ribs were extremely tender and cooked perfectly, pizza was phenomenal and even the sushi was excellent!

Tommy’s Tavern + Tap has the best food and a great atmosphere. They’re busy for a reason. I recommend to all my friends.

They also host events in the back tent space which is great because it is so nicely decorated you don’t need too many of your own decorations. My fiancé and I just had our engagement party there and it was perfect from the second we booked. Christina who runs the events is super easy to work with and very responsive. Day of setting up was so smooth. The staff was so willing to assist with blowing up balloons and just making sure we got everything done. Our family and friends are still raving about it a week later and I’m sure will continue to do so. Many are asking when we’ll be having the next party there. I don’t think I would ever consider picking another place for future events. Tommy’s is perfect.

Tommy’s is always is a go to place for us. Just an amazing environment with fantastic food.
Their chicken wings are really good as they are not fried but oven baked very flavorful and tender.
Hummus plate , guacamole are amazing. Good beer choices with great service.

Tommy’s Tavern has become my Go To Place,Simply because the Food is Always on point ,Service is spectacular and friendly and The food comes quickly and delicious!!

Beautiful restaurant with a very exotic menu. The atmosphere can get loud, though. Decoration and setting is very clean! The waiters and waitresses were very nice and sociable. Everyone at my table had been here before, and it was my first time, but I would definitely recommend it and there were no complaints.

Place is big and clean. Staff was super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Food was super tasty. This is second time I come here and it was a great experience. First time I had the T Burger, which was one of the best burgers I had in a while. Second time I had the Cherry Coke BBQ ribs that fell off the bone. Definitely my new to go spot. Can't wait to come on Disco Dance night that they do every third Saturday of the month. Also if your taking stars away because of the credit card fee or a few prices went up, get with the times people. Everything is more expensive now and the fee you pretty much pay at every restaurant you go to. Don't take it out on the business for what the politicians you voted for, or decided not to vote for and just gave up your vote to the majority, are doing. Enjoy your meal.

Tonight was the first time I’ve been to Tommy’s. I’ve heard nothing but great reviews from people.
As crowded as it looked from the parking lot, we found a spot right away and we sat down with no wait on a Saturday night!! The place was filled but it was spacious and the music was playing (good music too) it was loud but not too loud that you had to shout lol
The waitress was so accommodating! She always kept an eye out and checked in on us. The food came out quickly and was delicious!!
I loved all the variety on the menu! There is something for everyone, and it’s all good!
We will definitely be going back!!
Great environment, energy, food and service!

Tommy’s never fails! Loaded nachos are always the right call. Gluten free pizza is great and so are there sweet potato tots! The tuna wrap, but substitute with chicken is amazing!!!

The wait staff, especially Chelsea, was awesome! She made sure we had what we needed and made really good recommendations. Managers always made sure we were enjoying our food. The atmosphere was alive! Great place to meet up with friends or just simply hang out by yourself. I would have posted a pic if I hadn't jumped into the food so quickly!

Place was jumping for a Thursday night. Had to wait about10 min for a table but they text you when table is ready. TVs everywhere playing all types of sports. Ordered some drinks and appetizers first. The wings were great with the sauces that accompanied them. Nachos were big enough to have enough for everyone. The flatbread with marinara and oil on the side was very good. All dinners were enjoyed. Brisket and grits soo good and cornbread prefect. Poke bowl didn’t disappoint. Cali burger my son said could use a little more seasoning but was big and came with crispy fries. Kid sliders came with plenty fries. Pizza was almost perfect but needed to be a bit more crispy. Our server always had drinks refilled and checked on us often. Prices reflect the quality and taste of the food. I was happy that bathrooms were so clean. This was our first time here and we’ll be back often.

My family and I went to Tommy’s for dinner and we had a great time. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend trying here as you won’t be disappointed! Our favorite appetizer is the spinach and artichoke dip as it was amazing. The burger was cooked to perfection with lots of flavor and super juicy. The pulled pork Mac and cheese was also extremely delicious. And you can’t forget to have a drink! The blueberry martini is a must!

Had a great time at Tommy’s Tavern + Tap this past weekend. Great drinks and the food was fabulous. Our waitress Madison was AMAZING! So sweet, so helpful and just an all around great server! Very attentive, she was awesome!

LOVE this place. While there is often a wait to be seated, it is well worth the wait - it is busy for a reason! The staff is friendly, the food is amazing! We've never been disappointed.
