I don’t come here often only after my long 12 hr shifts when I’m too tired to cook. The past two times the general manager was the person that rang me up. She is outstanding. She always greats with such warmth, she’s always so helpful. It’s just so nice and refreshing to end the day with someone who you can tell genuinely takes pride in what she does. It’s little things like this that make me want to purposely come back here even on a day when I can cook. Thank you for your great example of excellent customer service.

Not one to write reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Panera in Manalapan today. It is not often that you find an employee that is truly happy to be at work. It was very crowded at lunch time today and Cory took the time to say hello and clean off my table. I watched him help other customers also. It was bright, courteous and happy! Thanks Cory!

Pleasant cafe atmosphere with efficient ordering systems that minimize the wait. Interesting and tasty pairings of sandwich fixings, soups, breads and desserts...nothing dull and boring here, Relaxed, casual, meet-a-friend-for-lunch kind of place. Not a white tablecloth, real silverware, hovering waiter with a French accent establishment; but still, a HUGE step above those same-ole, same-ole fast food chains! Have a second coffee, stay a while and read your email or chat with a friend. NOT fast food, just MUCH BETTER food QUICK ENOUGH.

Great experience at Panera today. I frequent this location and they always provide great service. Clean and well maintained restaurant.

LACEY IS THE BEST!! She helped me out so much with a door dash situation! She called door dash personally and got me my order! If you have an issue Lacey is the person to go to!! She told me to leave a review on cafe or something I don’t know how to but when I’m sober enough to I will she was the best!! Give her a raise Panera!!!!

I love the hospitality and caring for someone going out of the way, specially Julie she is such a kind hearted person. She knows how to make customers loyal to Paneera and bring them back to the store. Person like her is really a asset for the company. Thank you so much Julie for giving us a very special treat specially for my Son. See you soon again 😊

Door dash never showed up with my order. I called the Manalapan location and spoke to Juli to get a status and she apologized and offered to personally prepare and deliver my order herself. Juli arrived with my food within minutes and offered me her phone number for future orders placed through Door Dash. Juli turned a negative experience into a positive one.

Clean table,fresh and delicious food, this is the best Panera in the area in 20 miles.

Had a young man named Nick who waited on me. He was great and fortunately he works there because no one else can get a order correct. He stepped up and fixed everything the kitchen got wrong. He was always moving while rest of staff was standing around. Kudos to Nick.

Very good place, good food and drinks

One of the few places where you can get a quick and healthy meal. They have a variety of options from soups, sandwiches, to chili, and noodle bowls. They even allow you to pair 2 items together (smaller portions of course) for a "Pick 2" meal. The staff at this location have been very friendly, fast to prepare my food order, and haven't left out any items.

Great place for lunch! Food always tastes good. 😊 once you enter your phone number it has your last order saved. I always order the same thing so it's very convenient and quick.

Very calm place to have conversation with friends on Sunday.

The coffee was good. We served ourselves, so I couldn't speak about the service, but still the place is very good. The prices for the self service are really affordable.

My husband and I enjoy the sandwiches, salads and soups. I love using the kiosk to take my order. Our meal tonight was delicious and satisfying and the whole order was correct.

Wonderful location. Fast friendly service, quality food at a fair price. Clean, and good Covid protocols for indoor dining. Easy on and off Rt 9.

We found one of the best and freshest sandwiches from Panera ever.

Always clean and well taken care of. Sometimes difficult to find the entrance to the lot. Its like a small strip small within a larger strip mall, but they do have plenty of parking along the side.

We absolutely loved it there: beautiful amd clean restaurant, fast & friendly service and most of all - such delicious food! The french onion soup was exquisite!
Highly recommend!!!
