Hello everyone! I loved the staff here at this location.! Every visit I loved talking with them and shopping picking up items such as lipstick, hair products, photo center and snacks. I even shopped for different fun colorful items for holiday celebrations the products were amazing! My fave was The salads in a bowl ready to eat yess! They all knew me by name and I feel that I gained family too great customer service and inter personal relationships. I have left that side of town now but the wonderful staff were ETTA. ( 1 incident when I got a little dizzy in the store out of No where but I asked ETTA would she mind walking with me back to my old job on P street down the street,she didn't hesitate to do it.Tawanda,and Sheila and Front End Manager Benjamin were also Kind and helpful to me. I recently switched my prescriptions over to this CVS. The shelves are stocked, there's always someone at front door to greet you and the pharmacy staff is kind, conscientious and prompt.

My customer experience at 1637 P ST NW, Washington store CVS Pharmacy was the best customer service ever seen. It was amazing. There was two employees at the register Ms. Sheila & Ms. Twanda. There were very friendly toward their customers. They are very helpful. They show their customer how important to them. They are attentiveness listen to their customers concerns. Thanks again for the wonderful services.

This has been my neighborhood pharmacy for nearly 40 years! The Store Managers and Staff are very accommodating and willing to assist in locating hard to find items. Today was greeted with a warm "Good morning." Customer service does not get much better than this! Excellent.

This CVS is popular mainly because of the location, its an easy place to buy staple items for home in a hurry if you live nearby. The associates / cashiers are pleasant enough if you need help, but i prefer the self checkout option. Some items, like a roll of packing tape, are​ obscenely​ overpriced ($7-$8), but that is a CVS chain issue that is not dependent on the store.

Great experience getting passport photos taken at this location. Very friendly staff and quick service.

I'm actually surprised at all the negative reviews about the pharmacy and pharmacists. I have never had a problem with any of my prescriptions and I've also gone there for all of my vaccines. I understand that they are like many of the chain pharmacies where they are understaffed and overworked, but they have always been responsive when I've had questions.

As far as the pharmacy itself, the staff are very helpful and I appreciate what they do. But there are a lot of problems beyond their control, just based on how prescription medicine works in the US. I've had several cases where a potentially life-saving drug is simply "not available right now" so I'd better have some already. If I'm out, they'll give me enough for one day, but that's not a great solution for me or them.

I know a lot of people are complaining about the pharmacy here, but I’ve never had problems with it. The pharmacist have always been very nice and helpful, and I rarely have to wait in line.
