This CVS was very large and had a big selection it also had a pharmacy the makeup section was huge and the skin care section
They had an absolute ton of options I've never seen so many different skin care products at a store I'm very interested in all of them it was set up very nicely the store is large and spread out it has a pharmacy A place where you can develop photos

All of the employees and the pharmacy staff have been albosultly outstanding everytime I find myself at CVS in Middleton, MA. They always greet me with a smile and ask how my day is going! The pharmacy has always done everything they can to make sure I have everything I need on time, every time. The store is super clean and well stocked. The Hallmark section is so organized and well kept. Thank you for fulfilling all my needs everytime I shop at this particular CVS/Pharmacy location!

I shop frequently around the North Shore as I drive to different areas for work . CVS Middleton is by far the best on the North shore ! The people are very nice and very helpful especially the Pharmacy. Thank you

CVSs on the east coast are so much cleaner and more modern than on the west coast. This one has everything you need in a clean environment with friendly staff.

The people that work at this pharmacy are helpful and kind. It can be a little understaffed at times and not as good of a selection as Walgreens. However the people in the store make up for it. Store is always clean and well lit and always friendly people

Typical CVS

Worst CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to !! They never pick up their phone and they mess up or ast minute don’t have your prescriptions! They tried to give me a prescription that I am deathly allergic to and I have reminded them several times that I am! Then make me bounce between different CVS’s until I find my prescription myself! Store manager is a great person and really helped out, but some of their pharmacist really need an attitude check! not all, but some of them! Store itself is great, as for the pharmacy I would suggest sending your prescription somewhere else!

Pharmacy and pharmacy staff’s are horrible, They are not friendly and not a responsible staffs. I have bad experience lot of time. There is no one to give complaint.

Never pick up phone always have to wait for prescriptions even though they were called in hours before.... I’m a stock holder in the company and I’m going to Walgreens....AUGGGG

Second time I've gone there and they're not open when it says they should be...

Pharmacy is absolutely terrible, i am having surgery tommorow, antibiotic perscription not filled 4 hours after it was called, in absolutely ridiculous, i will be calling CVS headquarters, as they have put my health in danger, switching pharmacys tommorow, good bye Middleton CVS

I know why people think that CVS in Middleton is awful. I just waited in line for five minutes while 2 people , one who was supposed to be ringing up the register, was sitting there, and having a nice little chat with another employee, while she was fixing the automated self check out. I did not say a word, and then the cashier came behind the counter where I have been standing there for five minutes. I assumed he was coming to ring me up. No he was coming to get something out of the register and literally walked right by me , no, I’ll be right with you nothing! They couldn’t have cared less to acknowledge me, till I left my stuff on the counter and laughed, and then they were like oh will be right with you. Walgreens got my business. And will continue to do so.

Three pharmacy is borderline ridiculous. They refuse to fill a prescription before the day it is due, and even then won't fill it unless you call and ask them to.

Even when you do that, they don't have the prescriptions filled when they say they will. I decided to write this review after waiting 30 minutes for a prescription that should have been filled and hour ago.

The pharmacy techs are never apologetic or accommodating. They always rude and dismissive. The pharmacist is much better at customer service, but all in all this is a pretty poorly run pharmacy.
