Staples has always been my go too place, but Jeremy confirmed to me how amazing they truly are. He went above and beyond to help me today and I am super grateful for all he did to accommodate me. 5 stars to Jeremy!

I was just looking for art supplies so i can handcraft a valentines gift for my girlfriend. i was lost and didn’t know where to go and not sure exactly what to get some a worker named Jermey helped me get the supplies i needed and left his positive thought on what art supplies i should buy and get to create the perfect valentines gift for my girl. I was looking to purchase a new computer and Jeremy, the salesperson at the Bergenfield store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing the Lenovo computer thanks to him!

Dylan was such a great help and very handsome. He deserves a raise, i dont know how hes not leading the print team yet. very professional speaker and great customer service. He made sure i was taken care of while juggling many other customers as well!! A insanely valuable asset to a wonderful store.

I found what I wanted with a good price, people were helpfull and I easily assembled it at home with the instructions.

I needed passport pictures and had gone to Walgreens and CVS. The pictures taken at those places were not great and probably would have been rejected. I decided to try Staples and am so glad I did. Jeremy was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about what was needed for passport picture such as no big earrings, showing as much of face, clothing etc. I had a dress with big tank top straps which I had not thought about. Jeremy let me retake my picture with another shirt at no extra cost. He also took several shots and let me chose the best one. Excellent customer service. I would recommend Staples and particularly Jeremy if you need passport pictures.

Just the nicest staff! Zack the manager is a gem. He’s so helpful and humble that it makes me love shopping here even more. Shelves are always stocked and organized. They even donated supply kits to our school in bogota. Thx for everything Staples of Bergenfield. Will definitely be back.

I needed help getting the right labels as well as having labels printed. Both men who helped me were courteous and knew what to do.

I would like to write a review today because I had the best customer service ever! I went today to purchase office supplies for work, it took me 5 mins to make a decision which items to take but big thanks to Riccel, she helped me to find the items and made decisions regarding the quality. She’s really great on giving suggestions and she knows her stuff. I will look for her next time I visit staples in bergenfield. Thanks Ricel! Keep up the great work dear!

PROS: This Staples is believe it or not bigger than the average Staples store. Nice size inventory and always stocked full. Parking lot is good size for a stand alone store and the staff has always been nice there.

CONS: The place is located on an intersection making it difficult to exit, however I won't let that effect the rating

OVERALL: This is definitely a place where I'd come to get my office supplies since they're always stocked and have a great selection. I suggest using the side street to exit the store though

Great customer service! All of the employees are extremely helpful and courteous, especially Mark, who went beyond the call of duty to help me. Although the place is a bit far from where I live, I would definitely go back.

I needed a couple of items at Staples and required some assistance. I rec'd the best customer service from employee, AJ. He went out of his way to answer all of my questions and be helpful in checking my items. Will definitely keep using this location thanks to AJ.

The copy and print center has saved my life more times than I can count. I love the associate there, Kyla. She has single handled run the entire copy center with a hoard of customers and still handles it all with a smile and somehow the crowd clears out in no time. I think the value of a store and company is 90% it’s people. These printers can sometimes mess up, but it doesn’t for a second change my mind about coming here again. Thank you so much Kyla!!!
