Great little shop - I went in for juice and coils, but couldn’t help myself and wound up walking out with new Geekvape atomizer and leak-free tank. Though I rather more atomizer selection, still happy with purchase. Highly recommend.

Amanda is the best and always will be!!! Can't speak for anyone else who works for that company, but prices for vape devices have gone up over the past few months now. They do have all the coils and pods you could want and if you have any questions about any of the devices Amanda can explain everything about them and what's good about a device and then what's a potential downside to it as well you always understand what you're purchasing when Amanda helps you out! Last note best prices I've ever seen for rolling papers around!

I visited good karma for the first time. I must say, the young lady, (Thekla?), was not only kind nd tentative, she was very knowledgeable of the products she was describing to me nd ultimately made me a return customer. Can't say enough about customer service.

I went to the Fair Lawn store today and I am so happy I did. The young lady that helped me really did help. She was very patient, listened to my concerns (I need simple, easy to use), looked at the vape juice I use and she was able to show me hardware that is perfect for me. I think the prices are very good, the people in the store are very nice, knowledgeable and patient. No more on-line purchases for me ... and they’re open on Sundays which is a big deal in Bergen county. Thank you Good Karma!

Great customer service! I called because I was running late, said my GPS would get me there by 7:58pm, they close at 8pm. Not only did they be sure to stay open, they provided me with options,offers and their expertise. I wasn't rushed out the door. They just earned my permanent business

I Googled "Good Karma" expecting to get the bigger SB shop, but wasn't paying attention and wound up at this location. I couldn't be disappointed! Not only was a worker there I knew from the SB shop, but a very well trained associate as well. I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received, as well as the knowledge I received from them.

I go to the store on rt. 46. As soon as I walk in the staff says hi Mark. They remember who I am, remember the juices I buy, the coils I buy, amazing. Now, I prefer this store. The other store is great too but the vibe is different and that's important. They have specials and you get $10 off in their point program. What's not to like? I love you guys, I won't buy juice or vapes from anyone else, period.

The best thing about the staff at Good Karma, is that they are OBVIOUSLY skilled and extremely knowledgeable, but at no time make you feel as if they are pushing a certain product on you, or that they know better than you do. Good karma has a WIDE selection of vapor products and accessories. You’ll never want to go back to your “corner store smoke shop” after visiting Good Karma.

Knowledgeable staff, great selection of juice, very welcoming environment. They don't try to push the most expensive product down your throat like some other stores around here. The tasting "bar" is also something unique to here i haven't seen elsewhere. If you're new to vaping or a vet to it this place should be your next and last stop.

I absolutely love love love this vape shop!!! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly! They don't try to sell you something just to make a sale, they give you there honest opinion on any product you may have a question about. They have the best juices, always up to date with all there products. I recommend Good Karma to just about everyone who vapes. They also have the glasses for most of the tanks out there in case you break yours. I can't tell you how many I've broken in the past and how many vape shops do not sell the glass or the rubber rings.
I promise if you visit this place you will not be disappointed!!!!

Super staff, great stuff, and very very helpful! Don't feel stupid, ask questions! These folks are on point with their knowledge and all that is new and happening in the vaping world! They will hook you up with the newest and the most innovative stuff on the market! The owner is very knowledgeable and the staff and seasoned customers will chime in and help you out too! Quit smoking and get on the vape train- it's pretty tasty, and a lot more fun than smoking!!! If you want a starter kit, or a nice starter setup, without a huge investment, come in and sit down and these folks will get you all sorted out. The first time I came in, I was greeted with friendly faces, and in all honesty, they do NOT try to sell you the entire store. If you get treated right, they know you will come back!!!!!

I had an excellent experience at Good Karma! They blow everyone else out of the water! Excellent customer service, wide variety of flavors and great selection of RDA's and mods. Definitely the place to go!

I was a pack a day smoker and decided to give these vaporizers a shot as a healthier and more convenient alternative. Obviously being new to "vaping", I did not take much notice to the fact that my battery was close to dying, until it finally went dead right after eating dinner out tonight.

If you are a smoker you know that after a meal a cigarette is almost a necessity. I really do not want to go back to smoking so in a scramble I remembered a co-worker recommending Good Karma Vapor in Fairlawn to me last week. Since I can see this whole one battery setup being an issue in the future I figured I would go check this place out and purchase a good battery to alternate with the one that came with my vaporizer so I don't have to worry about having a charge.

I stopped in Good Karma Vapor tonight and being a "newbie" that has never been in one of these shops, I didn't really know what to expect. Not even two seconds after walking in the door, I was pleasantly greeted by Bryce, the area manager. This guy is the real deal. He made me feel very welcome and seemed very knowledgeable about his products. He helped me pick out the battery that best suited my needs using no high pressure tactics or BS and gave me a good deal as well. Bryce has a passion for this stuff and it definitely shows in the name "Good Karma"
