The UPS Store

I come to this UPS location regularly and have never experience anything but stellar customer service. Ed, Drew, and the weekend staff are always friendly and helpful.
To those complaining about the cost of printing or boxes, yes supplies (including paper) have gone up everywhere.
And I’ve also been told they need the outside brown box but they showed me where it says “customer packed” on the return code. In that case, it needs to be in the right box. I have never experienced this UPS trying to upsell.
This is a busy location and I think the staff is doing that best they can moving the queue and answering questions. Give them a break, and a smile!

There was a line out the door when I arrived and there was only one worker at the register so I was fully expecting to spend 20-30mins in line. To my surprise the queue was going pretty quick. I was in and out of the store in 5 mins. The employee, named Drew, was efficient and friendly. Thanks Drew and UPS!

The UPS shipping representative was extremely helpful and provided an amazing customer inaction experience.

Daniel was quite stellar from beginning to end. He greeted every customer with a smile and quickly and efficiently ensured that each of our shipping needs was met. He really went above and beyond and I’ve never experienced such excellent customer service in a ups store. He was fantastic.

Damon and Charles were not only professional and extremely helpful, but they were happy to be there. Very sincere and friendly, not many people out there like that anymore. Out of the way for me but will probably return because I know it’ll be quick, efficient, and pleasant.

I had the best experience at this location. Daniel’s customer service is superb. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I have never experienced customer service the way I did with Daniel. I will always utilize this location anytime I need to use UPS. Daniel goes above and beyond and is such a friendly person.

I just shipped out a package from this location on Sunday. I worked with Ed, he was amazing. The moment I walked in the door there a was a small line of people. He made sure to greet me and let me know he’d be with me in a moment. He was very informative of all my shipping options. He explained how my package was going to be wrapped up and packaged. He provided all my information to track my shipment and was just so personable and great to work with. He didn’t make me feel rushed though he had quite a few people waiting. He was able to multi-task and get everyone in and out quickly . 5 star service !!!!

Daniel was very pleasant, smiling and have great customer skills. Now, you can’t find people like Daniel with Joy and love for what they are doing. So keep up the good work Daniel you really make my day God bless.

I had a couple of packages to return. It was such a fast & easy process. I have gone to this location at least once a week for the past 3 weeks.Charles was the employee who took my returns twice out of the 3 times I have gone. He was friendly and courteous! The woman who took my returns was also very pleasant!

Small and useful UPS store conveniently located on River dr.
You can get help here on any UPS send/receive questions and also they have notary to get your documents verified.
Though UPS is a bit expensive it is still more reliable then most of other delivery service.

We use this location for our business account daily. Parking is super easy in the back, and they are always fast & efficient. The staff is very friendly & helpful, and the manager Charles is always welcoming and helps with any questions. Love this UPS! Thanks for always smiling guys :)

The staff at this store are always courteous and helpful. They cheerfully accept Amazon returns and keep things moving. On Friday I was helped by Mel, and she was fantastic. My package was going to Ontario and she took care of it very well.

I’ve been using this location for years and honestly I have no complaints at all! You will be greeted by the employees and if you have any questions or concerns they are willing to assist any way they could. 10/10 for their awesome customer service and reliability. Special shout-out to Charles who helped me with my package!

This is my first time at the UPS location on 12-45 River Rd (Fairlawn) to drop off my package. From the moment I entered, I experienced superb customer service. I was greeted by one of the employees and then Mel assisted me with my package. She sincerely provided excellent customer service while being enthusiastic about doing her job to best of her capabilities. Mel was absolutely awesome!!!
