Lot an not just with the things in his area if you go and ask for something else he will take you to where you can find it or direct you to the right person and that’s the way everyone else should work .

So many tools so little time. Home depot makes it very easy to fill up on tools, appliances and everything from paint to dishwasher machines. The staff is very knowledgeable and if they don't have it in stock ask and they will check out the nearby locations for you.

Great place to shop for home stuff. Customer service it’s fantastic. I got a huge Santa Claus for a great deal. Tasha the lady that help me get it was great. Home Depot should get more personnel like her. I will como to this Home Depot to shop on each holiday season.

The Home Depot of Paterson is the place to go When you picked up a job late Saturday and you want to start first thing Monday morning. This Home Depot is open on Sundays! I consider this store to be one of their larger stores to stock everything you need for that Monday job. Don't forget the reduced sales tax at this store location

It was a very busy evening at The Home Depot, Paterson, NJ. Customers, including myself were preparing for the snow, catching upon salts, plowing tools...for the snow. Customers were able to get all the things they needed. Management and staff were busy helping customers! A very positive image for everyone.

Friendly and helpful workers. And it looks to stay clean and organized. Nice.

Going to Home Depot is always great I love to get items from here. The one item I will never purchase again from here is the "Nexgrill 5-Burner Propane gas grill with the side burner". This grill kept catching fire when I used it finally I just had to retire the grill. I was not happy with the grill at all.Five stars to Home Depot and I would have to begrudgingly give the "Nexgrill 5-Burner Propane gas grill with the side burner"one star.

Moe is one of the best people I've ever worked with at Home Depot. It was Saturday night, 3/26 and my wife and I came to pick up 6 doors. By the time we started putting them in our car, it was 10:03, and they close at 10. Unfortunately only 3 door fit. I told Moe I'll come back tomorrow for the additional 3, and he said don't worry, I'll wait for 15 minutes until you get back. Moe waited until 10:20 and did it with a huge smile. We are extremely fortunate to have worked with Moe!

Fantastic staff! Its unbelievable how helpful and friendly the staff at the Paterson location is, even in the Returns/customer Service - actually, this is where they have the best people. Renae from Customer Service should be the owner of the place. Polite, caring and eager to help with any issue you have, all while heavily multitasking. If she ran her own company, she would surpass Amazon in service quality. She is a proof that there are employees still out there who actually honestly are doing everything to resolve customers issues and help. With sincerity. And I cant just single out Renae. While I was waiting around when she was trying to untangle my issue, I was observing everyone at work and at least all the ladies working in the Returns/Customer service there were all very polite and really working hard. No attitude, no rudeness. People sometimes assume that the ones working in that department arent very polite, but from what Ive seen it was the customers who had attotudes and the workers were the nice ones doing their best to help, and help they did. And people working around in other areas were also very friendly and helpful for customers, they werent walking around as if forced to, like in some places. Fantastic staff, best ever

Came in for a replacement part for my kitchen faucet. Gomel and Abe were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me solve my issue.

We love this place. Just bought a band saw there. Then the following week we went back and bought some extra blades for it and then a week later we were back for extra batteries even though we don't really need extra batteries but they are interchangeable on some of our other tools according to my other half.

You only have to pay 3% sales tax, all Home Depot in Bergen county it is more than twice that

Products availability is fair. Customer support is ok too. But needs more registers. Always long time wait in line.

I'm not sure... but this Saturday all the staff members I've came across (5 total) working there were SO nice and helpful! I came in looking for things I couldn't find and was taken directly to it! There were no carts anywhere, and a young man ran outside looking for one in the parking lot 😳, then I saw a product and the gentleman that helped me was so informative, and gave me more information than I could have asked for because when you don't know nothing about a product chances are you wouldn't know all the questions you need to ask.

George was in The lightbulbs today and saw me searching aimlessly. He asked me what I was looking for. I needed 6 different random types of bulbs and he found them all and came back to make sure I was good. He simultaneously helped several other guests. That man deserves a promotion or at least a raise. Most helpful Home Depot associate I’ve ever dealt with.

Wow. Never EVER been to a Home Depot that provided good customer service. Until now. This is the only location I will frequent henceforth.

This review is only for Kaye as she was very helpful and friendly. First she greeted me and walked me over to find what I was looking for in hardware, later she helped another associate locate a sink that my mom was looking for. She gets 5 stars in my book because she enhanced my experience. Thanks again, Kaye.
