A huge thank you to Meadow what a wonderful person! She helped me with every question I had and I was able to get what we wanted and out the door quickly! I loved the speedy help she provided and was super knowledgeable.

I came back today which was 2 days later to get more shoes. This time Rose helped me out! And was absolutely a sweet person. Measured my nephews foot and I was able to get out quickly. Rose informed me of signing up for rewards since I keep coming back! Thank you for that!!! I as well got great service again! 2 for 2!!! So happy with this sketchers employees. I was able to buy some shoes here in 8 minutes with the help of an employee or manager. My little dog was waiting in the car. I set my timer when I went in and explained I needed to be back in my car in 15 minutes. I was able to buy 3 pairs of shoes with the lady’s assistance. Thank you!

My son and I shopped at the skechers warehouse outlet in Abilene, Texas. Shae the clerk that helped us was very friendly and helpful. At check out he advised us of the membership sign up discount and the work shoe discount. He helped us save a lot on our purchases. This young man deserves recognition for his superior customer service .

If there were a negative, it would be that there are too many shoes/styles to choose from! Everyone was helpful, they didn't rush me and they were all nice and polite as well. The sale prices were excellent and there was a wide variety of clearance shoes as well. I will definitely go back!

I had planned to go buy shoes by December 31st, but the roads were covered with ice. I called the store since my coupon expired on the 31st. The Manager told me to not to drive, due to the danger, and that he would honor the coupon in the few days after the 31st. I went in when the ice thawed, and found a good pair of runners with the help of the sales rep, who honored the discount. This was great customer service.

Great Skechers shoes and the shoes are easy on your feet. The most comfortable shoes 👞 I have ever owned. I don't use any other brand.

Had ordered shoes online. Received one pair that were the wrong ones. Took them to the store and had no problem getting the correct ones. Employees were wonderful and took care of the issue quickly.

I got buy one pair get the second 1/2 off. The second pair ended up costing $6 when normally it would have been around $40. It was off their clearance rack. Go Sketchers. You are better than the Halloween store! lol
