AT&T Store

As soon as I walked through the door, Kiel helped me immediately. He was the absolute sweetest and the coolest person ever. He replaced my screens super quickly and did it very well. Everyone had smiling and welcoming faces as well. Kiel impressed me with him quick and easy work. 10:10 will be back!!

I would like to send my appreciation to Justin at the Uniontown. AT&T store. His help has been beyond amazing today! This grandmother could not have accomplished all that he did for me today

I was having a hard time trying to firgure out what phone i wanted to buy, and this wonderful young man, named Mathew Herdicks, took the time to help me and talked me though the process of buying a new phone and plan! He was such a kind and honest man. He got what i wanted to get and picked out the prefect phone and plan i needed. I wish there was more splendid people working everywhere becuase that young man made my day!

Gabby and Nikki are awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable about their products and services. They helped my husband and I fix some issues on our accounts caused by other stores/vendors. We will definitely consult them with any future problems and they will be our "go to" for any and all future purchases!!

If you go to this store, definitely ask for Nathan!! I was trying to upgrade my phone, and my old phone was having a lot of issues. He took the time and solved the problem, and considering the fact he never dealt with this phone issue before. Nathan made sure all my things in my iCloud transferred from one phone to another. He had so much patience and was so polite. It was definitely the best experience I ever had, and his coworkers were very polite as well!

I was out of town visiting my family there in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. I broke my phone and went into the AT&T Store to explore my options. Upon walking into the store I was quickly greated by both Charissa and Nikki within seconds of walking into the store. They were very polite and Charissa pulled up my account, and come to find out not only did she explore many options with me, she also informed me that I qualified for a discount based on what I do for work, and helped get me set up with all of the accessories I needed for my new phone. Unfortunately since I didn't have insurance on my device, I had to upgrade one of my other lines, but Charissa and Nikki definitely made sure I had insurance this time. Walked out a VERY HAPPY customer and definitely recommend everyone I know to go in and see either Charissa or Nikki!
