Christian Klay Winery has a rustic old fashioned farm atmosphere with an indoor wine tasting area on the downstairs level of the barn and an event venue area in the upstairs area.

I love the winery, staff and their wine! My favorite is their Raspberry Frost and Lavendar Mist wine! They have an outside covered pavilion where you can sit, drink wine, and eat meat & cheese.

At different times they have food trucks, special events, and they also own the Ridge Runner Distillery across the street that has various varieties of moonshine!

The people that own and run it are very hospitable and it's close to Ohio Pyle. It's a great place to go to spend the day in the area as there are many things to do for adults and children.

We love Christian Klays wine! The staff are very friendly and helpful! They offer wine tastings. This is a great place to hang out and have a few glasses of wine with friends. They have different musicians play on the weekends. They have corn hole tournaments on Fridays. We had our wedding here and had the greatest experience thanks to Scott and his team! We highly recommend anybody looking for a wedding venue to check them out!

We had a very pleasant visit to the Klay Winery and enjoyed tasting a few wines before making our selections. The young man serving us was very friendly and helpful as we chose our wines.

Everyone working at this winery is amazing!! They were so friendly and made us feel like family!! They took care of our bachelorette party during the Winestock Event and we had the best time! The wine was super tasty too!!!

We stopped for a visit in June and WOW!!

Scott and the crew are THE BEST hosts. Despite needing the prepare for wedding the next day, Scott went above and beyond to take on a hayride including a great tour of the vineyards.

Following that we had a great time tasting wines, and, enjoyed some with snacks in the pavilion.

Wines are excellent, staff is wonderful, prices are reasonable -- this winery should be your next stop!

First visit. Beautiful place great tasting wine. Plenty of outside tasting under cover near the building or under a tent next to the pond. They are located across from Ridge Runner Distillery and also are in the Laurel Highlands poor tour book. Highly recommend.

Winestock was great.
They need to get some port-a-johns.
The Stray Dogs were excellent.

Beautiful venue and friendly attentive staff. We had our wedding here and it was perfect. Scott and his team went above and beyond to make our day special. I recommend them to anyone!

A lovely little winery/vineyard. We came across it because we like using ‘Harvest Host’ sites to spend a night boondocking. The allowed us to park our trailer out in a field just south of the winery.

The host was very friendly and helpful when suggesting a wine that we might like. And, there were a couple of wines we did purchase.

The shop is a nice little shop, well laid out with all of the current available wines. They also have facilities for events, should you desire.

The owner stopped by to say hello after the first day of picking grapes.

Fayette Springs Road is difficult to find, IF you’re coming from the west. The street sign is hidden behind a commercial sign. Not so bad from the east.

Good place to boondock, sample and purchase wine. IF we pass back through here again, we plan on stopping here again.

The winery has very friendly staff. Very fun people. I got a few drinks with friends and enjoyed the entertainment. He has some very good pieces he played for us. There was a wedding taking place here as well. Got to see the horse and carriage make a few laps around the winery for the wedding. The drinks were good. I enjoyed the lavender sparkling wine along with mixing the two sangrias of the day together.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Beautiful scenery. Amazing wine!

Excellent wine and wonderful service! Several in our group 9 were not wine drinkers, but were still able to find wine they enjoyed- even buying bottles to go! The place is beautiful, too!

Went there on a girls trip this weekend. We were staying right across the street at an Airbnb so it was definitely convenient. They were very accommodating for our group and had tons of choices and recommendations for us. A lot of cute items to purchase along with their excellent wine. Would highly recommend stopping there.

Was spending the afternoon exploring the local sites and came upon this delightful winery. Wonderful tasting, great recommendations from 3 Wonderful ladies who helped make my visit special with excellent wine. I left with 4 bottles and will definitely be back, as I am new to the area.

Stopped on a whim on the way home to Pittsburgh, and the wine was just amazing. They had a limited edition Butterscotch Chardonnay that I HAD to get a bottle of, and their Lavender Mist is always refreshingly wonderful. My boyfriend got their driest red which was also delicious. We got some cheese and hung out for a little. The workers were so incredibly sweet. We’ll be back sometime for sure. Highly recommend.

We visited October 30,2021 to have the most fun fulfilling time at a winery we have ever experienced. The taste testing room was wonderful and the experienced ladies were awesome. We had the good fortune of meeting Scott and Diane the managers and they treated us like we were regulars and made our time there Extra Special. We will definitely recommend and will be back. We had such a great experience between the the hostess, atmosphere, and wine. There were two friendly and personable guys there serving us wine and humor. We felt very welcomed. Would love to go back when they have an event going on. Tavern Red was delicious and we were able to taste as many wines as we wanted for free! Their mist wines are very unique. Definitely worth it to swing by for some wine at least and check out the distillery across the street.

Great little shop and splendiforous tasting choices (and friendly staff, as well). It’s unlikely that you’ll depart without finding something you really enjoy.
