Opened locked safe & made me new keys. The guys were super helpful, knowledgeable, & nice. They saved my bacon when I couldn't find the keys to my safe. It was interesting to watch them crack the lock. They answered all my questions & didn't make me feel like an idiot. The store has a variety of things from keychains & poolsticks to guns. I'll definitely be going back

The owner was amazing. Very knowledgeable and honest. Hard to find that combo nowadays. Took the time to explain his reasoning, show me info, and talk. Would recommend to anyone. Has everything from pool sticks, scouting, uniforms and guns :) Worth checking out. Definitely proves the human touch difference in shopping local vs the big box stores within the first step inside their antique doors.

Guys know guns woman men big small starter to experienced. The only reason I didn't buy from them was because what I wanted was specific and out of stock but good selection. Could had it in quick too i just needed it same day. They had lots of other things that could have worked. Great experience for my 72 year old mom. Gonna head back for a next belt and better holster.

Great place for guns, scout uniforms, oddball keys or lock rekeying. I bought multiple locking entry sets(doorknobs) and they keyed them alike for free. They cost slightly more than the big box store but the quality and finish was much better.

I absolutely love this store. The guys are very friendly, and insanely knowledgeable, especially the youngest Jim. There prices on firearms are fantastic, everything they sell is obviously inspected and well taken care of. Always a pleasure going there!

Great service and very accommodating!

Thank God for these guys! Locked my keys in car. Jim arrived very soon after calling, and had it opened within minutes. I also had an issue with the key and badly needed new ones cut. The papers for my car model listed the incorrect key, and made it a bit of a challenge. Jim figured it out and got me 3 new keys made. Prices were great too! Highly recommend going to them!

Bought a '70 BSA at auction which had no ignition key. I took it in on Mon at 1p, was called 8a Tues to pick up. Finished w2keys

Ive bought almost all my firearms there. The knowledge they have in their field is second to none in this area. Any person who has dealt with the Clerk at a chain store, who gives you an empty stare when asked a question will appreciate these guys.

Big box stores were unable to help resolve an issue with keys. The order was placed and ready to be picked up the same day.

Professional, polite, knowledgeable, and fair. Needed a transponder key made, I went to two other places first, one of them screwed up a key then sent me away, the other was simply unable to make a transponder key for my specific vehicle. Ross bros was not only the cheapest of the 3 but also said it would be no problem to make and got it right on the first attempt.

The staff at Ross Brothers is very knowledgeable of firearms. They helped me decide against adding a dovetail red dot mount to my S&W. They have a lot of "sporting" rifle accessories. They also sell cub and boy scout uniforms, which was great for my Eagle Scout son. And my father in law is supposed to check them out for refelting his pool table. A true gem in Uniontown.

We needed our truck unlocked, they were quick, efficient, and amazing!
