What a great store for all first responders as well as any one in service to care and help for others! Both the gentlemen who worked there, were super friendly and well mannered. I definitely loved the selection of items they carry! Will be returning! Thanks a bunch.

High quality uniforms made for a professional look that is also practical for everyday wear. Tailoring, embroidery and printing all done in house I love this one stop shop.

The staff are true professionals. I get all my detail from here. Patches, gloves, pouches, and more.

Thoroughly impressed with they're new setup and staff. I've had bad experiences in the past with this place, the old staff used to talk down to people in the security industry. It seemed that they only wanted to serve law enforcement and could care less about those of us who are spending our own money there. The new staff is very accommodating and was extremely helpful and getting me set up with the gear I need to do my job.

I always prefer stopping in here for my uniforms over 5.11. Better service, friendlier staff, and product that’s actually stocked.

Great place with excellent customer service. They were quick to take care of my order and to change out my patches. Much faster than I expected and they were done to perfection. Will deffinately return for uniform and embroidery work.

Had some issues with my order that was placed a couple of months ago and wasn't getting results. The Portland store has done a great job of helping to secure my uniforms just in time. Only waiting on some pants that had to be reordered now.

You can buy all your police or security stuff here for a really low price. I would advise you to become a member so this way you can track your orders and get stuff off their website. I’ve been shopping at this store for some 5 years now...since it was Blumenthals.
Yeah, there have been a few hiccups here and there with special orders.
But the staff has bent over backward to make it right. And in the long run I always leave happy. The sales and management team are friendly and helpful. I’ll keep going back and referring coworkers.

Price point was expensively selective on some namebrand gear. I cant complain for it being a brick-and-mortar store. The greatest option is being able to try on clothing and getting hands on with equipment before purchasing.

I had ordered duty pants online that did not fit, following the manufacturer's fitting charts. I brought them in and got them hemmed for free.

They offer a wide selection of duty gear and equipment. They honor certain companies and will give discounts.

I will be using them again for clothing and duty gear purchases.

Bought a set of clearance pants and they still offered to hem them for free. I was expecting a week or two turnaround and they had them back in my hands in 10 minutes. Their great service earned my repeat business.

Really kind and genuinely helpful gentleman was working the front desk that was really helpful and polite. They unfortunately didn't have the redback boots I was looking for, but he double checked the back room to be sure and then went out of his way to direct me to a different store to find them instead!

Great customer service. I came here on the day before Christmas Eve looking for clothes for my son. The service I received was top notch, fast and efficient. Thank you! Will surely return to this location.

Remember this is a limited clientele business. Military, police, security. They are very helpful. If the store doesn't have what you need on hand they will order it and ship it to your home. Which saves you from making another trip back to the store.

Needed patches sown on my new Ski Patrol jacket. Took it to Galls per recommendation from several other Patrllers and they did not disappoint. Obviously sewing patches onto Gortex is something you want to have done professionally as not leak. They use seem seal and did an outstanding job! Very professional

Always able to get what I need from these folks. They always seem willing to bend over backwards to make sure you get taken care of. I had heard that the previous crew let a lot of bad things crop up but the new crew seems to be on point. Easy 5 stars =)

Galls made some wrongs a right. My initial opinion wasn’t too positive due to their takeover of the old Blumenthal uniform store last year, however it’s apparent that Galls really strives to meet customer expectations. So for that I am thankful. Thanks guys.

I just wanted to thank this location and specifically Tristian who helped me when I was in desperate need.
I work for a law enforcement agency out of state, which recently lost a badge brother to an on duty death. I needed a very specific campaign hat to participate in the burial ceremony. With no luck at any stores in my own state and running out of time, I came across this location. Tristian was able to locate the hat I needed in the proper size and ship it to me over night. Less than 24 hours later the hat arrived, and I have been relieved of a huge amount of stress.

Thank you for allowing me to participate in honoring my fallen brother.

Quick, professional and helpful. Pant hemming while you wait was certainly a plus. Equipment availability was sparse but more than adequate.

Great service came in here to get some gear for work very helpful staff and great recommendations very knowledgeable about the products thru sell definitely will be coming again
