Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Of all the Braums in Lubbock this location always exceeds my expectations. Although it is very busy in the evenings that just attest to how well they do their job. This location isn't the closest to me but I have never had a bad experience with the food or the customer service unlike the others. Therefore it is worth the extra distance. They will continue to have my frequent patronage.

I go to braums weekly for their A2 Milk, and usually get a burger too.

Their cheese and dairy products are good in the little market in the back.

They have a very wide selection of Sherbet, Ice Cream and No Sugar added Ice Cream

Great price on OJ, and Milk.

Braum’s is a solid place for quick food! They were fast and super friendly. And the market inside was so cute!

Took the kids for ice cream after school today. I love that they have "junior" size perfect for the littles. Staff is always friendly here and it is ALWAYS clean.

Always a great stop for ice cram or frozen yogurt. Prices are sooo low and the service is terrific. Love this place for inexpensive dessert.

Was greeted within 30 seconds of approaching the ice cream counter with great customer service and delicious ice cream! My son is pleased.

We always stop at this location on our way home and the staff is always friendly and welcoming and the food is fresh and delicious. I love their market and we simply cannot eat any other cottage cheese or milk now that we've had Braums

It was great! they always have a smile, they are very nice this is the only place in Lubbock that makes fresh coffee for a customer! The employees are young yet so kind to older people! Never change.

Love the chicken strips and sauce! Even better with a chocolate shake!

Just like I remember back in NW Arkansas. They make the best chocolate shakes and serve good food.

I went there for first time yesterday. The food was really good & fries hot & fresh. Everyone was very friendly there. I will go again when I travel back to Lubbock.

Erica was the best! Asst Mgr I believe. Took the family in for lunch. At the completion of the order, I changed 1 of the toppings on the burger. When it came out, we had an extra burger and had been charged for an extra. She removed the extra charge about the time we realized 1 of the burgers was wrong. She made a new 1 correctly and did it all with a smile on her face. I threw her a curve and we had a couple issues but all was right in the end. She was awesome!! Food was great! Atmosphere was great! Store and restrooms were very clean.we were visiting our son at Tech so we may not make it back but it’s become his go to place for food, ice cream and a few groceries.

This is by far one of my favorite restaurants! The delicious ice cream has a smooth, airy texture that does not melt right away. Every time I go, my food is served fresh and hot without much of a wait, and the only time my order came out wrong (My breakfast sandwich was served on a biscuit instead of an English muffin), the efficient employees fixed it up for me with an extra hash browns thrown in. Highly recommend it!

Had a great experience here on 12/27/21 6:30pm with my brother, really great customer service and the team leader seemed like she was encouraging her co workers. Great food at a great price. First ever Braun’s experience was a great one!

I was in a hurry, so I went through the drive through and ordered a double cheeseburger. They were quick and efficient, and the burger was hot and delicious. I'm glad we have a new choice when it comes to fast food burgers. The burgers usually end up being cold at some of the other places in town.

Always busy .... especially at the drive thru. Everyone moves quickly, dancing around each other to complete our order. And of course, the ice cream is yummy!

Picture this. Its Friday night. The line is out to Milwuakee for the drive thru, and I'm lucky to have found the LAST spot in the parking lot. I'm walking in and there's 15 people in line by what I'm told by an employee later is some football game let out I guess? Anyway, it was jam packed. Let me tell you right now that was the quickest I've been in and out of anywhere with food this fresh and delicious in MONTHS! Our burgers I ordered? Perfect. None of the staff seemed stressed or out of the ordinary, all friendly faces and insanely fast service. Keep up the good job and I'll probably be back tomorrow. Peace and love.

We only just got Braum's in Lubbock and this location is one of the best ones we have to offer. The staff is always friendly,helpful,and kind. This location is always clean,organized, and well stocked. We are always pleased when we get our food in the drive thru or in the grocery store.
