The UPS Store

Since moving to North Haledon about three years ago, this has become my “go to place” for my (many) online returns. All of the employees are very polite, especially the young gentleman that’s usually working when I visit. He has went above and beyond on many occasions. The store is clean and well organized and offers a variety of services. I was impressed with the fact they offer some USPS services. They have a USPS mailbox where customers can mail letters and “prepaid shipping” packages. What is most impressive is that all packages with prepaid shipping are gladly accepted without a fuss. I have been to so many UPS (and others courier’s) stores that didn’t really want to accept prepaid packages- they often gave customers an attitude if they were only dropping off a prepaid parcel. However, that is NOT the case in this store.
All in all, this store has exceeded my expectations!

I use this store every day. I have a mailbox here for business. I not only use it for mail retrieval but for shipping as well as copy service. I am satisfied with the service so I am unclear as to why there are so many reviews that indicate otherwise. They are friendly and accommodating to me..

Whenever I come here the service is excellent. They are friendly, courteous, and helpful. Today, I came in with an amazon return (a broken canopy tent) that I hadn’t been able to get back in the original box. Jahmar was there today and he stepped right in to help me wrestle it all into the box (which was not easy), and tape it all up. Without his help I would have had to pay much more for repackaging and supplies. Thanks again!

The staff at this store was so helpful to me during the Covid 19
period . The service was excellent and the staff was very polite.

Any issue I had with technology was immediately rectified, always
with a smile. I even left my wallet at home and their reply was its
ok, pay us next time you are here.

Customer service is excellent. Especially the person who works in the register he is a cool person and handles everything smoothly. He works both of register and helps customers nicely.

This UPS store is Over the top as fare as professional and, on top of all their shipments. The owner Mark is a gentleman and very supportive of any of your shipping needs or tracking!! I strongly recommend this store and location. He was aiding me in a shipment to me from NJ to here in Milwaukee. Thanks for the great service...

Golam has so much patience with kindness! Even under so much pressure with everyone coming in at once! I always get anxiety with sending packages out correctly. He really is really fast and sufficient handling his customers! Thank you golam !

This store is great, I had to ship some supplies for a trade show and the manager Scott not only helped me get it there overnight he printed and shipped flyers on the spot for me. Highly recommend this store for all your business needs.

The environment was nice and the service was excellent. Especially in busy times, it is hard to manage everything if you work alone but this guy did everything very sufficiently.

Scott & Chad are very helpful. No matter how busy their store is, they make it a point to help everyone who comes in. They are courteous and knowledgeable.

They need public Wi-Fi access so you can read your bar codes from the manufacturers stores
